New Madina Hotel

Overall help of the staff.

Restaurant was unavailable after breakfast. Limited room service menu.

Mostly everything was good staff were nice location was close to the haram .

There¿s a lots of construction around the area made it difficult to get to the hotel in the car .

The location was close to haram 4 minutes walking nice people overall .

Location room size

The service can be improved. TV was not working and I ask them to fix it few times and it was not done. I ask to clean the room and it was not cleaned, I have to ask again to get it done.

I liked everything!

Everything was excellent, friendly and helpful staff, the hotel location is 10 out of 10.The breakfast is diverse includes multiple choices and multiple options. Ali from the breakfast service staff went above and beyond to accomodate us.

NA

It was close to the mosque and there were eating and shopping places next door.

The room needs serious update. There was no switch board near to the bed. The others did not work properly. The AC blew on my head directly. Breakfast was 60 real per head.

It was clean and location was good as well.

Shower tub’s glass were in poor condition that’s why after every shower floor was flooded and there were chances of slip and fall.

Spacious roomsGood facilitiesDelicious foodConnected shopping mall.

Check-in was delayed. Although the official check-in time is 4:00 PM and I arrived at 4:30 PM, I still had to wait until 5:15 PM before my room was ready.

Everything

I paid $48 for Breakfast and Halfboard but they didn’t provide dinner. Although I saw them screenshot but they denied. I don’t know it was a mistake of Booking. ComI am sharing photo of booking

I love the location, as it is a very short walking distance to Haram. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast superb, with a lot of variety.

Honestly, i love everything about the hotel.

I didn’t like the view you gave us from the room but everything else were awesome and your staff were amazing

I didn’t like the view from my room it must the masjid

The location of the property is great- close to the gate.

This Property Below to IHG - they are known for their excellent property and service. But this room need a new make over- phone system don’t work, A/ C in poor condition. Picture on website not close to the Room.

Great locationClean and spacious rooms.

Specious… well organised … clean … less than 5 min to haram

Like the food and service. Waiters are responsive specially Mr.Ripon and Mr.Mukkaram.

Excellent facilities Nearest to Masjid Economical

The location was close & ideal. The breakfast was also good - with Mr. Barkat - taking very good care of all guests, he goes an extra step to personally take care for the guest's requirements - my compliments & best wishes for him.Mr. Moataz, guest relationship manager was very kind & cooperative in extending my checkout time for about an hour.which was very helpful to complete my zuhr salah & depart.

The checkout time is UNTIL - 12.00, this is very ackward & dissappointing, as it is exactly the Zuhr Salah time. The majority of people are visiting Medina , to perform all the religious rites - so asking people to checkout or vacate , exactly at the salah time seems very bad & rude. !! This needs to be reviewed & re-adjusted, to atleast until 1.00p.m.the female staff at the reservation counter - on 27th. Nov at about 10.30 a.m. answered with a rude & hard attitude, when i requested for late checkout soon after zuhr salah.
