Emaar Al Mektan Hotel

hotel kindly gave us a free upgrade to a spacious 2-bedroom, which was such a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was super delicious with plenty of items more than enough to really fill your tummy. It’s also a very short walk to Masjid Nabawi and nearby historic mosques, which made everything incredibly easy and convenient. Great hospitality and a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommended!

The location was the best thing about that stay, it is very close to the Prophet Mosque western piazzas, a couple of minutes walking distance from the mosque.

Location was good , if you don't eat at the hotel or just want to grab something it's 3 minutes walking, close to Kuba walkway

I had a wonderful experience at EMAAR Al MEKTAN Hotel in Madina Al-Munawwara. The place was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff were kind and professional, making my stay truly pleasant. Special thanks to the manager, Alaa Ahmed Zarigat, for the excellent management and hospitality. Lack of amenities

I was really skeptical when I read google reviews after booking this hotel. However, my family and I had a wonderful experience staying here. There is limited parking space in the basement and we were lucky to get a spot. The most pleasant surprise was a free upgrade to Royal Suite on the 10th floor which had partial view of the Prophet's mosque from both rooms. Getting this upgrade with a booking of a single quadruple room made our visit to Medina unforgettable. The HVAC system is amazing and is separate for each room and the living lounge. Fresh towels, clean and comfortable beds. The staff is extremely polite and customer centric. Everyone speaks English and made the experience as good as it can get. The reception was more than courteous by accepting early check-in and a slightly delayed check-out. The showers are great, room and bathroom sizes were spacious and felt luxurious. Everything was meeting or exceeding the 4 star standard in the hospitality industry. The location of the hotel is just a few minutes walk to Salam Gate of the Prophet's Mosque. Hungerstation and other delivery service is also easily accessible to this location. Didn't had the time to check out the breakfast and the cafe so no comments on that.
