ODST AL Madinah Hotel

Six-night stay and truly awful. Front desk was rude; when I complained, I was told “Khalas, go.” Manager refused to listen. No room cleaning unless pushed, no water or tea, foul bathroom smell, and guests smoking with zero staff action.

Constant drilling noise made sleep impossible. This hotel fails to meet even basic standards. Absolutely not worth the money — avoid it. I am requesting a refund.

I extend my gratitude to all staff members and management. The hotel provides a commendable and supportive environment, conveniently located near Haram, and maintains a high standard of cleanliness.

The breakfast is satisfactory and has the potential for improvement.

There was an issue with the room’s air conditioning. It was automatically set to 16°C and reset to that temperature every time the door was opened

I want to told you that at a such high price the non meal was not included. The charges is very high for the meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). If go around the hotel, there are many restaurants with low price and good food.

We stayed at Room 810 and overall we had a really positive experience, mainly because of the amazing service from the staff. Everyone was extremely kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.My mother wasn’t feeling well during our visit, and one of the housekeeping team was so thoughtful, he kept checking in, asking about her health, and making sure we were comfortable. That meant a lot to us. The staff really made us feel cared for, not just like guests.We did have a small issue with our room at the beginning, but the team handled it quickly and professionally. Even though the hotel was very busy, they still accommodated us and moved us to a much better room right away, which we truly appreciated.The in-room dining food and breakfast was also great, and the food service staff were very polite and friendly. Thank you to the whole team for your hospitality, we’re very grateful and would definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast was not good but overall stay was nice clean room close to haram and you have a lot of food option around

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort — they even called me personally to ask if I needed anything, which I really appreciated. The staff also came twice to check if I needed any room service or cleaning, showing great attention and care. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient. Overall, a very positive and pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madinah.
