The reception staff was not accommodating at all, our transport was one hour late and they made us leave the room and wait in the lobby. To stay in the room an extra hour hour you have to pay half night price. The breakfast was average.

The location was very close to the mosque

Shortage of the lift

Blood spotted sheets, smelly room, parking access, bed sizes, pillow comfort, water in showers pressure, and adjustment, not enough warm water. The price for this type of room was extremely high false ratings on booking.com.

I liked the variety of choices

The bathroom had a very bad odor. I believe due to the bad odor the bathroom fan was continuously running, no way to shut off the fan. The sound was so high even when the bathroom door is closed that interrupted our sleep.

Rooms are nice, it has wireless chargers, bathrooms are big, unnecessarily too big to the point that 1 adult and 1 child can put a mattress and sleep and there would still be space in washroom.Weighing machine is digital and accurate.

Nozol Royal is not the kind of experience you would want in Madina.- Staff are one of the least friendliest of all the hotels we have been to in Madina- Check in experience needs huge improvement - As booking.com customers, we were sent from Level 1 to level 2. There were 2 staff with unwelcoming face and then kept asking booking id a few times and then sent us back to level 1 (Ground floor) to collect keys and then we went to room. Staff didn't look like they were happy working here or welcoming us.- Room is nice but there is a hot water issue in this hotel as pointed out by others on google reviews. We decided to take risk as this was the only hotel available but instantly regretted it. The hot water doesn't work all the time and when it works, it's barely lukewarm and also, in order to get lukewarm, you need to keep the tap open for a long time for it to start coming with lukewarm water.- Checkout was a total disaster and the staff kept calling us to checkout after Zuhr. - Apparently if we exceed by an hour (after 2PM) we would be charged half day charges. After staying at so many hotels in Madina, this was the first hotel that pestered so much for checkout and said there would be a half day charge after 2 PM.- Breakfast needs improvement, and only hotel in Madina with no live omelette or pancake station or any station for that matter.- Lifts are a huge issue too, small and cramped and just 4 lifts which causes issues during prayer times.- With this kind of price, there are plenty of better options available.

Location is very close to the Haram so it’s very convenient.

The property bathrooms have issues with the gutters and they stink. It made our entire room stinky. We asked them to change our room after dealing with it for couple of days, they changed our room right away but the other room had same issue. Also they don’t clean the room everyday unless you request them. Our trash was not picked up on time, the beds were never made throughout our trip. I was very disappointed.Also the breakfast and dinner options were awful. Food was very dry and didn’t cook well.

I really like the location, rooms were big and very comfortable to stay with kids too.

They were wonderful staff, The manager was amazing, he upgraded our rooms to Family suite, It was amazing and we enjoyed the stay.Breakfast was great and varied, Thank you for the warm welcome.Cleaning was excellent, Room was more than perfect, Very close to Haram
