The Venue Al Harithia Hotel

Flawless service from start to finish. The staff were warm and attentive all days. Mariam and rest of guest relations team are phenomenal, proactive and caring (there is another girl as well in the morning) This is a five star service in every sense, this team will do wonders in transforming the guest experience in this hotel ??The location is also super and very close to Haram (2nd row of buildings) and less than 2 minutes to reach Haram gates

The property was very clean and close to Masjid Al Nabawi. The staff was very kind and it is a go to hotel you should definitely try! 100% worth it.

the first impression of hotel was great, that includes bell boys helping out, grand lobby and smooth checkin process. hotel smells very good and the lifts were quick and fast. overall the hotel was very clean.

for a 4 bed, the room could have been a bit bigger. also choice of partial breakfast menu or kids menu would be great.

The location of the hotel was wonderful. My room on the 9th floor had a partial view of Masjid al-Nabawi and the hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the mosque. Additionally, the staff (especially Lojain) treated us with kindness and respect, our group felt very welcomed and taken care of. The breakfast buffet at this hotel has all sorts of options to choose from and compares to many of the upscale hotels in the area. The hotel provides free (and functioning) Wi-Fi, enabling those like me who need an internet connection to get their work done. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who would like to be close to Masjid al-Nabawi during their trip to Madinah.

It may take a while to summon an elevator around the prayer times, so make sure you leave your room early (around adhān time or a couple of minutes earlier). This is normal in the majority of the hotels around the area, as the traffic flow increases greatly.

Our stay was very pleasant. The location is great that was very helpful with a small child. The whole staff was very hospitable. Especially the housekeeping staff Akbar Hossain & Md. Nahid. The guy with beard deserves a promotion to manager due to his kindness, hospitality and great language skills. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and will come back again Insha Allah.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel and the hospitality provided by the staff. Rooms were clean and in order, breakfast was good, and Masjid al-Nabawi is less than a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel was nicely renovated with a walking distance to al Haram al Nabawe; and the staff is Super friendly especially the guest relations manager Ms Lugain. the housekeeping team Arif &Hassann, the conceirge guy Shams and the security Lady Balqees.. they were all friendly and made our stay more pleasant especially with a newborn. will definitely book again. thank you so much!

The staff were exceptionally kind, respectful, and always willing to assist. The location is outstanding — only a few minutes’ walk to the Prophet’s Mosque.

The elevators can become very crowded, and at times it takes a long while to find enough space to get in.

Our stay at Maysan Al Harithiyah Hotel in Madinah was excellent. The hotel was very clean, and the level of service was outstanding from the moment we arrived, with a warm welcome and great hospitality. The staff were always helpful, and the restaurant was excellent, offering a wide variety of food that suits all tastes. The rooms were spotless and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Lujain Munir from Guest Relations for her exceptional support, warm reception, and for arranging a wonderful room with a beautiful view of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. The hotel’s location is a major advantage, as it is just steps away from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, close to Gate 16 for women and Gate 17 for men.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything met and exceeded our expectations.

A wonderful and beautiful hotel. This is my second visit, and it will definitely not be the last.The hotel is clean, well-organized, and very close to Al-Haram.I only have one note: I hope the hotel parking can be free of charge.

I was upgraded to a Junior suite upon arrival and it was quite spacious. I found the location to be ideal and very close to the Mosque. Finally, I would like to thank the house-keeping staff as they were very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Ahmed Gamal, Aous Mia and Robel.I would definitely consider staying at Maysan Al Harithia in my next visit to Al-Madinah.

The Hotel is located very close to the Masjid and better its close to the women’s entrance, making it easy to make it to all the salads. Close to shops, pharmacy’s and Taiba shopping center. Their breakfast was exceptionally good. Definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s all good, just a suggestion, we had the junior suite and it was amazing and clean but in the shower the grout needs to be cleaned.But nothing to complain, Alhamdulillah a great place to stay.
