MADEN Hotel

Maden hotel is just behind Hilton and very close to Haram and food. Also the hotel arranged excellent sweets and snacks after the Eid prayer which surprised us. The hotel is very family friendly and staff is very helpful

It was very close to the Haram and lots lifts. Overall hotel and room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Staff was very rude. Requested for extra blankets and the Bangali staff had an attitude and even refused to provide what was requested approved by management. They should train their staffs on professionalism.

The hotel staff greeted me with fresh orange juice and warm, damp towels! This helped alleviate the fatigue of the long journey. Location was perfect close by to both men gate 20,21, &women gate23,24

The dinner did not live up to my expectations.

It’s in the centre of haram and close to sight seeing bus station and the small booth that selling food. Walking distance to Nabawi Mosque and you will not be lost. Near to Taiba shopping centre too. I just love it. It have great view and most of all this hotel offer me tranquility❤️

Our stay at Maden was a wonderful experience, which is exactly what we needed after our stay in Makkah. The location is fantastic; just a few minutes walk to Masjid al-Nabawi to the right and a short walk to food street on the left. The breakfast included in our stay was exceptional. The service provided during the breakfast was beyond hospitable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs, which is greatly appreciated.The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had with the rooms was that the connecting walls were thin which meant we could hear our neighbors, who unfortunately were loud, especially during late nights when we were trying to sleep. I hope in the future "quiet hours" can be enforced so that those guests that want to wake up on time for Tahajjud can get enough sleep. Overall, our stay was wonderful. Inshallah if I get to visit the beautiful city of Medinah once more, Maden will surely be my first choice.

Proximity to masjid nabwi. Fruit basket and sweets. Nice staff at reception.

We had two rooms. The thermostat in one room would not work correctly so the temperature remained really cold. The only option was to turn the air conditioning off. In the second room the air conditioning would not turn on at all.The elevators are also very tight.The biggest concern I had was there lack of flexibility to cancel even though I told them that my dad had fallen ill with cancer and provided them a letter from the hospital. I am sure there will be an excuse but I know other top hotels are more understanding.

I booked a larger quadruple room, paid for it but got a king bed room where 4 quadruple beds were squeezed in. I was deceived, it was not comfortable with kids

I was given a different small room, whereas I had paid for large quadruple room. My room was king size with four twin beds squeezed in. It was uncomfortable with kids
