- Sir, Reception was excellent, Al waleed was extremely polite and respectful. Room was big was cozy. AC control was not working. Although temperature was good. Quran is placed near the foot end, I thought not appropriate.But lovely hotel, excellent location.

- There's was no wifi in the room given to me (Room111). I complained but nothing happened during my 3 days stay. To get connected I had to get out of the room to an area that had WiFi vintage

Friendly staff who were very responsive and polite.The location is great, just 3-5 minutes away from the Haram.The breakfast was amazing, high quality home cooked food.And the decor/layout of the inside on the hotel was very nice, traditional and welcoming.
The hot water in our room took a while to warm up, like 5-7 minutes which was a little frustrating when your in a rush.However, when it warmed up, it was really hot!

Great locationFirst gate you enter for the haram leads you right outside door 24 for women and door 21 for men.Breakfast was generous with lots of options.

I called them and I asked about the avilabilty and they said no rooms available and I found the booking available on booking so I booked and went there so I didn't like their attitude.
Everything was on point, location, cleanliness and room quality.
The restaurant staff were not well trained on how to treat hotel residents and customers, i was visiting with family and a misunderstanding happened in the restaurant and it was not handled properly or up to the expectations

1. Shower glass had big gaps and water was going through. 2. Internet was super slow! We told the front desk and it never got fixed.
It is very close to the mosque and also the bazaars as well as the restaurants
It is quite loud outside and the room seems to be not soundproofed enough

This hotel is perfect comparing with the other hotel within around.Very good location, just a few step to the mosque.The staff was very help-full, i was arrive at 10am and i can directly checked in without any additional cost.the cleanliness of this hotel is very clean, in the room as well at lobby area.
