Bathrooms should be bigger and cleaner, ironing facilities shoud be available in every room and should also focus on exterminate the bad bugs from bedrooms.

No hot water, it is barely warm water.

Wash room lock was damaged, washroom was tiny.Mattress are not comfortable,

Very dirty rooms and have lot of bugs in the room including beds, walls , tables, also cleaning staff is very rude .

The location of the hotel is ok, it's close to alharam, about 5 minutes walking

The room looks unclean, especially the floor and the garment, and the chair, plus the bad smell everywhere Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider staying here again. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the housekeeping standards.

Location

Rooms are so so not much cleaned. Property needs repair. Washroom very small. No oven no tea . Its getting fown day by day. No housekeeping for three days

LOCATION

Hotel needs refurbishment, no cleanliness and poor drainage.

Location very near to haram gate Salam. 5 minutes easy Walk. Reception support was impressive. Luggage support was helpful.

No room service for cleanliness and rooms weren’t that clean.

The bathroom was not good enough. The shower curtain is not long enough so the water spreads on the floor. Also lid of the high-commode was partly broken, needs to be fixed.

Bathroom was tiny. Struggled to have a shower in the small cabin and not the cleanest. Toilet seat was broken also. Overall location ideal and only a 2 to 3 mins walk to masjid nabawi. Room tidy and clean and room service was good. Lifts not ideal, always overcrowded. Bathroom was the downside to the property

Room is not cleaned and cockroach are everywhere in the room.

The washrooms and chairs in Room were not clean, and there were no points for mobile charging.

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed, literally no facilities at all, broken furniture, old torn beds, room for 4 persons and only 1 toilet role, no dental kit, no shaving kit, nothing complementary in 500 SAR per night, even coffee or tea bag or a botel of water. Broken switch that may cause electric hazards. Not recommended at all, they a taking advantage of location only, extremely poor customer services, don't bother to listen or bother to reply

Very small bathroom plus I did find insects in bed. Location was excellent 3 mins walk to haram, staff was friendly.

Bad

It was very dirty, full of insects!!! And the location is very bad directly on the street and a lot of nois all the time!

Near to the mousque

Very old hotel, no maintenance & manything was not working like safety box, even no water bottles or tea in the room.

The lobby was overcrowded but the gentleman at front desk attended, but all the hospitality ended here

A dirty room, a dirtier washroom, very bad smell in the room and no body is there to help you
