Great location and value for money

I was going to arrive late in the day of my booking and I was concerned they might cancel the booking, I contacted the hotel through booking.com to inform them, they replied: safe trip, no one contacted me or called me after that, then I got a message from them saying since you did not answer your booking is not confirmed and could be cancelled!

Location Only

They changed the hotel from Nusk Al Madina to Nusk Al Hijar. They charged extra than shown at booking.com site. The bath water temperature was very high and upon several complaints, they couldn't fix the issue. Housekeeping service need to be informed to come every time even after putting card at door for room makeup.

Very close and clean and food is good

No cuttel for cafe or tea in the room

I like that it is near the masjid an nabawi, though we booked originally at the nusk al madina, they put us on nusk al hijra

The bathroom, lavatory is total leaking and water everywhere, the surrounding rooms are dirty, there’s no kettle in our room not same as described, there was a refrigerator that does not work. And the doors are constantly alarming, it disturbs all the neighboring room as well as the people that sleeps in the room. Cleanliness must improve.

Location was excellent

The shower was terrible and the water kept overflowing from the shower basin.

Very welcoming manager. I went to the wrong hotel on arrival but still one of the Nusk hotels. The manager or staff that I met helped me out and checked me into the right hotel. In addition, the hotel accommodated my early check in which was helpful. Most importantly is the nearness to Haram. It’s like walking in to haram.

Everything; proximity to haram ??The staff were professional in conduct of their duties; Muhammad Al-Arabi, Muhammad Hussain & All other staff were amazing.I forgot some valuables in the room i stayed in, but amazingly i retrieved them 4 days after i checked out.They help keep them intact ??

Lack of facilities in the room no table for having food .i had to order electric kettle . No toothbrush in the bathroom . Many times i see no one in the reception area and had to wait if I needed to ask about something Elevators are 4 and enough but not programmed well and slow You could keep going up and down while nobody already ordered it !!

Harrowing

A staff name Sahad al halawani has manhandled me, threatened and spoiled my Eid mood for enquiring about the parking with one of the other Asian staff. Having Such an arrogant guy as a staff will spoil your hotel name with the guests. I was your guest but I was humiliated for being an Indian.

Close to the Mosque

The reception experience was extremely disappointing. There was no one available upon arrival, and we were left waiting for a long time just to speak with a staff member. We had to rely on cleaners and luggage handlers who simply told us to wait. The property seems poorly managed and lacks proper guest service. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Location

There should be iron and staff should know English. House keeping should be available even if late as guests stay with young kids also and may require something. Rest was all great Alhamdullilah

Staff were friendly and the location is absolutely good very close to Masjid An Nawabi

Foods at cafe are over price

I have a question on the booking they mention 1260 aedon the receiption they charge me 1680 aed kindly justify this by cal or WhatsApp me 00971557547592

When I book hotel we already request we need a room 10 am and they give us room 4pm.
