Thanks to all the staff in AlRitz Al Madinah , for the warm welcome and kind care during our stay in Almadinah, it is very close to the Almasjid Alnabawi, just only few minutes walk, clean rooms , cleaners are available all the time and very responsive .

The 4 bedroom is too small to accommodate 4 beds .

Location is a big advantage specially if visiting as families. Clean facilities and rooms. Staff was very welcoming and understanding, Appreciate that we arrived very early to check in, Ms. Somaya from reservation team accommodated us with early check in and upgraded our room was a relief as we needed to settle. All staff and employees are very helpful. Thank you and coming bk surely ISA

The closeness to the masjid, the cleanliness, the staff, and the variety of breakfast food.

Such kind, caring, and loving staff! I don’t usually write reviews, so believe me when I say I am SO satisfied with the quality of this hotel in every aspect. The receptionist was extremely welcoming, kind, and professional. When you enter your room, they already provide 500 ml bottles of hand soap, body lotion, shower gel; such a thoughtful touch! Their service is also very fast. When our door broke, staff arrived within 5 minutes and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. Another issue we encountered was our sink accidentally clogging (not the hotel’s fault at all), but after calling room service, they immediately resolved it. For the rest of our stay, we felt completely relaxed and satisfied. I also want to mention that next to each bed, they already have 4 outlets for charging your phone. You won’t have to worry about the charging ports as they are already provided??I also have to mention that Al Ritz Al Madinah is only a 5-minute walk to Masjid Al-Nabawi—super close! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again. While it may not look like a 5-star hotel from the outside, the interior experience such as room service, provided amenities, assistance, and overall care, makes it more than a 10/10 for me.I highly recommend booking with them. This was my first visit, and it will definitely NOT be my last

I liked the friendliness of the staff. One of the best locations. Easy walk and lots of shops around.

We were checking out and i reminded them i will check on the late night. There was no porter or bellman to help us carry our luggage. We had two small kids and had infants along with it was difficult for us. I would blame the reception about it fully. For check-in it was also almost the same. We had to wait for 20 mins till someone from reception helped us to carry luggages.

Location, staff, breakfast, reception, baggage handling, check in / out

Very tight shower area, bath tub shower nob not working, hot water ok, old tiles now seem to be dirty, single bed height and mattresses was little uncomfortable but manageable. Thanks to help address these.

Front desk staff trying to help a lot but rooms and elevator is not that good

The need more maintenance for the facility

The hotel is cosy and in great location near to Haram the staff are very helpful and cooperativ specially the reception staff, the room was clean, very big and comfortable for 4 persons we enjoyed our stay and it's highly recommended

Room was cleaned, spacious. Room service on the 14th floor was wonderful, I mean the cleaners they were very friendly and nice. They were always here with a great smile and warm welcoming. Location was very good.

Bed too small ,not comfortable. Shower very low with no pressure. The main thing which was very worst are the staffs who in the breakfast every morning ,no welcome, no smile, no greetings at all. The staffs who made the omelet taking forever and they don't understand English, even arabic ,urdu or hindi ,you have to keep repeating your order. That happened every single morning even with different staffs works. They seemed like they don't want to work here ,they are soo slow and take forever to bring you the order. Even i talk to them nicely ,it's doesn't change anything, they don't care at all.
