Dar Al Taqwa Hotel

Location

Room was very small Car they arrange for Makkah, dropped us off 1 km away from the hotel and driver misled us about how far the hotel was. He point at a building a few steps away as the hotel. Our complaints were ignored

verey CLOSE AND NEAR TO HARAM MASJID

Very Close to Gates.

Rooms were small.

Dirty bathroom front desk staff not friendly

The breakfast was outstanding—a wide selection of fresh and flavorful options, both local and international. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Prophet’s Mosque. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and professional.

We absolutely loved the location it’s the perfect gateway Masjid An-Nabawi. Very easy access to women’s gate 25. The view was amazing from the room.

It’s a little outdated and could use some upgrade to make it look less worn out. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could be and the sink wouldn’t drain well.

Cleanliness location and staff

Excellent location and easy to access, all the staff were super welcoming and attentive. We were able to pray in the Masjid everyday with ease and the hotel offers transportation with a fee. The breakfast was fresh and excellent choices, the bread was wonderful and we really enjoyed the omelette station.

Coffee pods not available in the room but there was a nespresso machine. The suite has very minimal cutlery but we were able to ask for some for the duration of our stay.

Location and renovated rooms

Didn’t have a turndown service

I liked everything, location is awesome, staff are amazing, I got upgraded to suite with Haram view and it was great

Location Rooms are spacious and clean

Their were no coffee capsules although the machine was there ,when checked in we had to request them and it toke them 1 hour to bring them

Clean and close to masjid

Flight landed little early and I was supposed to check in in like 4 hours and the guy at the reception kept saying no to early check in. Even the manager. Keep in mind we are an old couple. We were so tired. After a couple of hours, they told us to pay another full night price in order for me to get the room. Highly disappointed.

Location is the best as you walk out and a couple of steps and your in the prophet's mosqueBreakfast, was great except for the coffee choices that were none.

We like the location, but the wife did not like the breakfast, and the room was a bit small. it bit over priced.

breakfast, the size of the room and a bit over priced.

nearest location

expensive due to closeness, rooms are quite small but very close and convienient

The room with the view on al haram was magnificent.Staff are amazing, they make everything worth it.

The thin walls made it hard to sleep (the guests in the next room were very loud), i also can hear someone hammering in the upper floor. Also, I wished the restaurant offered local Madina and Hijaz food during the 95th Saudi National Day, it was a great opportunity, but they missed it.

Everything was good ??Excellent location especially for the ladies because the hotel is located very close to the ladies entrance to the holly mosque. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and they have a very good breakfast bar

Noyhing

Location and the welcoming from staff specially jana and Dana and hanan where they helped me a lot for my stay

Non

Every thing was good

We booked haram view room , we got room on 1 th floor with no view of green dome , we were transferred after 4 days after repeated request

Cleanliness and location so close to haram.

More healthy breakfast variety needed
