No Parking for 3 days. Room is very small, not good and very wide
I booked pay in advance from card with no free cancellation but they didn’t charge on card and take cash at proterty lat
The hotel is just a short walk to the Haram, and very close to the women’s gate, which made it really convenient, especially for families.
Very small rooms – The space was tight, and it didn’t feel comfortable for more than one or two people.Housekeeping issues – No one came regularly to clean or check on the room unless we specifically asked.Limited parking – There were barely any parking spots, and it was a hassle to get help from staff to park. Parking was not clearly included or managed.Elevator problems – The lifts were always overcrowded, and there was no staff around to assist or manage them, which was frustrating during peak times.
It was close to Haram. The food street was also close, so were the other eating options.
The room number 403 , being Deluxe King Room, was too small. The room was booked for two persons, but only one chair was provided without table. There was water leakage in the washroom (shower area). There were noises both from within the hotel and from outside.
Near from the Masjed
The elevator was always busy and full. I had to use the stairs from the eighth floor.
Location is good.
Everything else is bad like rooms are very small. Beds are even smaller. Washroom and other facilities were also not upto mark.
Manager was much helpful for Parking
Called the Hotel 6 times on the say - no one picked up the phone. Rooms are too small - for sure, not for 3 peopleBeds were not ood
Good location
- Not cleaned regularly - Lifts take ages to come!
Good location More number and spacious lifts Spacious pathway to parking
1-room was not ready and they sent us up 2-no sleeper and only one towel 3-basement parking vehicles parked irregularly 4- no milk for tea
Nothing. Accept it was near Haram
Cleanliness. In out 4 days stay they didn’t change our bed sheet. Inspite of calling the manager times the staff ignore
Location was very good. Near to Haram, Super markets restaurants are all around.
Rooms condition was pathetic. Very small rooms. I reserved two rooms for six persons. There's hardly space available after adjusting 3 beds in one room. They mentioned parking available however they didn't provide me parking during my whole 3 nights stay.
Location was very it was near the mosque.
Very small rooms 3 beds in one single room and lifts are very slow
I had an exceptional stay at the Hotel, and I am especially grateful for the incredible service provided by the receptionist, Miss Asmahn . From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel right at home. Her professionalism and efficiency in handling my check-in were outstanding, and she ensured that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Miss Asmahan went above and beyond to assist with any inquiries and made thoughtful recommendations to enhance my experience. Her excellent customer service truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend the Hotel, not only for its excellent facilities but also because of Miss Asmahan remarkable service. Thank you
From the entrance the place was excellent and fantastic. The reception was great and helpful all the time..Only the location is a bit far from the city vibes and attractions
