Location and staff

Yes! I did my reservation from US a month in advance but on arrival I was given a disabled tiny room with noisy sound of air conditioning and manager refused to give me another room, on asking for a refund they gave me a bigger and better room.

The location

the elevators are a major issue. Long waiting times and long lines, especially during peak hours.The bathrooms are very smalland the breakfast buffet lacks variety and cleanliness.

I like how near it was the masjid nabawi and clean it was. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing.

I loved everything except no one answered the phone when we pressed 0 for reception . I needed a shower chair due to my disability when showering so I wanted to know if the hotel had that available but I couldn't reach the reception on time.

Service was good .

Water in the shower was very cold. Had to keep the water running for 5-10 minutes to get hot water

Great staff, personable and friendly.

Next door guest who would talk on speakerphone the hallway and knock on the door at late hours when we were trying to catch sleep. No fault of hotel.

The staff were very friendly and cooperative specially Shomokh and Nada, clean level is very good and the location very near from Haram

Nice hospitality… close to Haram … clean and well organized…. Staff were helpful with a nice smile

The location is great for women especially as it is very close to ladies entrance to Al-Haram Al-Nabawi . Our Room has a view to Al-Haram Al-Nabawi. The staff was so nice and helpful ( Receptionists, Staff at the restaurant, and room services especially Noor Al-Islam especially that one of us is disable.

Only the lefts were small and crowed and take long time to wait.

Near the masjed alnabaway, our room was clean and was nice facilities.

The lobby was a little small and always crowded in the time of coming from pray or in the arrival of groups.bathroom will be full of water during shower. Hard to reach by your car.

The location is so close to the mosque.

Lobby is small and crowded with guests. Lifts are not enough to accommodate the number of guests.

Excellent housekeeping. The room was always very clean. Special thanks to Khibiri for the great service and friendliness

Nothing. Maybe the breakfast was somewhat good

Everything was terrible - Doors wasn't isolating any noise, i hear everything in the floor lobby that I couldn't sleep well- in rush hours you can easily stay for 15 mins waiting for elevators and then after giving up, you use escape exits (steps)- they charged like a 5-star hotel and they are a 3-star hotel (and even couldn't keep up with a 3-star hotel standard)- lighting in rooms was too poor, only two bed-side lamps -Room was toooo small that eating and changing clothes was a nightmare - matresses were not too comfy (too soft that you can't rotate your body without huge effort)- rooms weren't that clean

Lift capacity less than as per template design. 10 persons or 900kgs. Experienced 5 persons lift overloaded

Rest all are perfect

The location is wonderful, just next to Masjid-an-Nabavi. The staff is very polite and helpful. In particular cleaning staff, the ones at the restaurant (Hamad I believe), as well as reception. The cleaning service was amazing - always on time, and service of quality. Even we needed an electrician service, and he appeared immediately without any delay. Thanks a lot.

I selected a quadruple room. The size could be bigger. Seems it wasn't the original quadruple one, most probably triple turned to quadruple. Also, I would suggest the hotel to install a glass door to shower cabin which would help keep the bathroom clean, neat and unwet.

Staff were very nice and helpful

There was no hot water, despite complaining. Turned on for about 2 hours and then no hot water again. Elevators were extremely slow, small and would never get a turn. Ended up taking stairs to the third floor 90% of the time. There were no toilettries in the bathroom either.

No staff support provided over the phone, didn’t even pick up. But staff were very willing to help when I needed help face to face.
