    Pros +

    • I really enjoyed a lot very safe and cleaned hotel. Management staff vey cooperative and room service available 24/7. Inshallah next time visit will try stay this hotel again.❤️
    • Very clean , luxurious, close to the haram
    • Great location, very close to the Haram. Rooms are well furnished and a good size. The hotel was 12 floors with 4 elevators so we had no problems getting an elevator even during Salah time. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

    Cons -

    • The staff was a little bit strict ( the lady)
    • The access cards were magnetically coded and were very sensitive to being next to a cell phone or even a credit card - that would mess up the coding and end up not opening the door. We had to go back to the reception nearly every day to re code the access card. When I put the card far from any magnetic fields, it worked well. Breakfast buffet was not available during our stay, it would have been an option we would consider especially at the last day of our stay because we were very tired after a lot of walking for several days.
    • The washroom in 3 beds room was small whereas in 2 beds room it was ok.The staff was not knowing about the meal availability if anyone stays without a group.

Wafaa was friendly and efficient in getting me checked in.Another staff member was very resourceful; when I was leaving the hotel to go to the airport, he got me the hotel's taxi and it was a great price.

The pillows weren't the most comfortable. The sheets felt like they weren't very clean. The dinner was ok but it wasn't the best.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff

There’s not much of a lobby so nowhere to sit other than in ur room

Staffs attitude, I believe it is the invidual ones not all of them are bad. Room wasn't ready on arrival, lacking condiments, when asked, told business policy! Seen few of them just standing around rather than driving a little initiative to greet the guests. When asked about my bags upon checking in, told, no one told them to bring them up to the room!!! Not sure since when it was my job!

    Proximity to the Haram

The staff were generally okay, but Wafaa is a really bad receptionist. Check in was slow and laboured, she gave us rooms we didn’t book and asked us to write up a good review for her (which was strange). We went to our rooms only to find that these were the wrong rooms (we booked 3 double rooms with king size beds). When I came back to the reception to discuss this with her, she no longer spoke in English but Arabic only?!! Even after explaining that I don’t speak Arabic, she had the nerve to act as though she can’t communicate in English. After a long debate, the manager came and the matter was resolved in minutes - we were given the double rooms we booked. Even when the manager instructed wafaa to reassign our rooms, she seemed to be debating him about it? All in all, everything about the hotel was good apart from Wafaa. Advice to hotel: sack Wafaa and get a competent receptionist who can speak English as a bare minimum.

Location, mattress, amenities, new, clean, everything was in working order, service, A/C unit

There is no toilet lid, the shower screen area along the bottom wasn’t clean (build up of “I don’t know what that stuff was” so had to spray that with the hose for 5-10 mins initially, sink should really be right to the wall as not enough space to rest many lotions, face scrubs, etc, not quite premium but you get what you pay for so can’t complain

Very clean, smells nice. Staff at the door to take belongings and come with you to reception. Building is professional looking. Showers are nice and plenty of plug sockets. Service is good. Really close to masjid nabawi around 1 minute walk, really surprised on how close it was to the haram. You could leave at athan time and still pray inside the masjid. Right infront of masjid ghammah and there are a small amount of food spots near. Loads of date shops nearby if you need. Right on quba road which is amazing as there are little golf carts that take you to masjid quba for 10 riyal per person on this road. Also plenty of taxis on this road as where the hotel is located is where they come and park and try and get customers. They gave us key cards for each person for our room as there was two of us which was really convenient. WiFi was given as we checked in.

I asked for an iron and got it two days later I needed an iron and had to where the same those for like 3 days. The building can be sometimes difficult to locate as it is on the corner and is connected to another hotel. The railing kept giving me electric shocks which is never good. The only really negative experience was the checkin and check out process. We checked in late as our train arrived late in Madinah. When we checked in we just wanted to rest as we were tired. When we went to reception the receptionist was on a call and we were waiting for 15 minutes (she was on her phone) this was really unprofessional. She then asked for our name, passport etc. and then proceeded to ask to pay 2,480 riyal I was confused as I had already paid beforehand. When I mentioned that she tutted and told me to sit. She took another 10 minutes to find my payment. After this she insisted me and my dad have a room with one king bed, when I EXPLICITLY bought 2 single beds she tutted again and then took another 10 minutes to give us a room. Didn’t like the negative attitude. As for checking out we were really confused if we had to take our bags down first or go to reception as there was no guidance. We went to ground floor and one of the cleaners checked us out on a piece of paper ? which was unprofessional.

The staff was amazingly nice and very cool, especially Wafaa that was understanding and very kind. Also, The older guy that is at the head of the lobby ( I forget to ask his name), very nice and kind. It made my arrival feel good, and I was welcoming very warmly. Of course, at my arrival for the check-in, the system had issues and people weren't patient and tried to cheat to do the check-in before their turn and I wasn't very nice towards those guests but the staff was understanding to me while they cannot accept that I am talking aloud to another guest. So thank you and I request the place close to Masjid and all, relaxing room to rest comfortably after a long trip

Good staff and very helpful. Clean spacious room and close to the mosque gate 310 100 metres away.

    Nothing really.

Lovely and comfy stay. Just needs better front desk coordination.

The front desk staff who checked me in told me initially that I did not have a valid booking, and only when I asked her if she could refund my money, she found 2 rooms for us instantly. This is a lack of professionalism. Also, for check out, I handed the room keys to the front desk on the ground floor, who told me to go up to the reception, and when I did, I was told it was not needed I come up as my check out is downstairs. I went up and down and back and forth twice for no good reason. This is a lack of coordination.
