Sedra Alalami Hotel

I stay in that hotel It was amazing with hospitality and especially the stuff there in Respection Manger is amazing and gentleman never imagined how he is kind

It was a good hotel. They do have a shuttle service for Mosque

I stayed there for a night because my flight got delay and wanted a good decent hotel so I didn’t use much of it

The rooms are large

The back door entrance was smile very bad odor

I liked I loved the location; the hotel is surrounded by some services like grocery stores and restaurants. The hotel was relatively clean, though I wished the room was a little bigger. The breakfast was lovely and delicious.

I didn't like the view from my room. They gave me a room that was almost completely sealed off; the window opened onto a dark area, and no air came in, which is something I don't like about hotel rooms. Room service was terrible; they didn't respond to requests quickly, and you had to call multiple times before someone answered.

Wonderful experience for this hotel nice clean and full variety of east west break fast friendly staff. Over all we got relax and happy when we walked out.

Ac are rundown...i had to change room 3 times because ac was broken on those room ..more over lift arent working properly..during my stay there was electrical shortage 2 times..

It was available last minute, good breakfast, shuttle busses to haram around the clock near the prayers, staff were so decent

No one cleaned the room for 2 nights in spite of me asking multiple times.

Getting a table is a hustle - the room seems quite small to the size of the hotel. Breakfast should be a good start of the day not something to stress over

The staff, especially the staff working at reception doesn’t understand English at all.At the time of check in it was very hard to communicate with them. They also don’t tell us any services they provide to the guests like internet and very important the shuttle service to Haram for prayers timing.First two days we had a hard time to get to Haram using taxi or driving my own car, then I figured out that they have shuttle service going to Haram for each prayer time and make us very easy going there.

It’s been a pleasant stay at sedra global. From the customer service to the food at the restaurant was amazing. 10/10. Not to forget the shuttle bus to the Haram. It’s been great ??

Alhamdoulillah the breakfast was perfect with many varieties, the waiters are respectful and kind.The hotel is well located on a main high way going to haram, just 7-8 minutes in my car.

rooms cleaners should frequently check if cleaning is needed and a guiding or receptionist agent should be at the B1 entrance to assist for parking and other.

I liked everything. Bathrooms in B1 not equipped with soap , and paper towels

One room has a window but no sun light. Also, water in bathroom especially in flour 5 has no pressure.

they are flexible to some extent when you go to breakfast. when you request something, they replied quickly.

The hotel was clean and everything was perfect.

U must keep toilet light on that the other room can enter the toilet. And also they don’t have proper time to call, they call even if u r sleep and disturb u while sleeping.

The facilities are excellent, everything is very clean, and the kitchen is good.

The transportation system is not organized, wastes a lot of time, and is not as described. Because of the delays, everyone was struggling to enter the bus.
