Le Meridien Medina

Quiet, comfortable and nice location for the tourist.

Rooms sizes

The room okay and very spacious.clean environment

the break fast arrangement okay.nice variety of meal

Very friendly and helpful staff

Nice hotel but a bit pricey given its location and the fact that it’s showing its age.

Nothing basically the location

Service, price for quality, hygiene and cleanliness

It was clean and the facilities were good.

It lacks service.Multiple calls to reception goes unanswered. We had to go in person to the reception to inform them to set up the sofa bed and were promised that some one would come however no one came.

Bad experience

EverythingCost value not fair so expensive, the facility very old not comfortable, furniture Dilated air condition, noisy, not easy to control

The location and the staff

Old rooms, the shower is the worst experience! There was a food smell inside the room always at night room 431.

They offered to add the points, but I didn’t receive any. They also promised to send a copy of the receipt via email, but I haven’t received it either.

Hotel was quiet, and quanit.Beds were comfy, with 3 pillow options.

Maybe the curtains could have been a little cleaner

Location only.

Old school type hotel. Furniture style is outdated and wall colour is dark brown or dark yellow!

The property was very nice, with excellent staff who made my stay very comfortable. I attended the party that night, and the food was excellent and very delicious. The staff were very kind and attentive, especially Marouj and her colleague who i forgot there names . Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.”

The room space and breakfast variety. Also the shuttle bus to the prophet mosque.

The bathroom door located at the center of the room. Also the bathroom is smelly.

Hugh hotel building

The room furniture and floors are very worn out. Bed covers and bellows smelly and not comfortable to sleep on.

Liked the room view. Very peaceful. Lunch from hotel is really good. The hotel is very calm and reception staff is very nice. Hotel is quiet beautiful and well kept.

Also shuttle times are not great. We had to pay for taxi to come back to hotel as shuttle stops - taxis is not cheap

Greenery

Washroom was not clean. No exhaust in the room. Towels were not changed everyday. Breakfast menue was not at all value for money

Comfortable place to stay in Medina

Location is too far and limited shuttle service.

Style of building, Staff specially AbdulJalel he was helpful for us cleanliness

Location, room services

Location

No hot water first day, 2nd day water choking in bathtub, spotty wi fi

restaurant is good

it is 4 stars not 5 starts hotels it is expensive , the cost of stay much higher than the actual value of the room the furniture old and TV in the room did not work

The food, location. Cleanness.

Answeing the phone when from outside the hotel. The chance that someone will pick up the phone is not granted. They need to work on this.
