No water bottles were provided.No coffee , tea, sugar sachets Telephone was not working

Location very near, walker distance, we can leave from room after the call of prayer.

They should provide toiletries

The reseptionist was so nice and polite really apreciate her

The pictures was so different than the real rooAnd wasnt clean at all

Receptionist was very kind, quick response and escalation to queries/requestsHotel staff we encountered were all very helpful, kind and friendly

No breakfast for individuals/ families, only for groups but that’s not the dealbreaker

Reception team needs to be more proactive, they are too slow

Location is perfect near Haram

Once I arrived there were no reception person, it takes long time waiting, at the end we discovered she was sleeping on their office behind, The roo is not clean, carpet is wet don't know from where, my booking was with king bed size, i received room with for beds.

The receptionist girl was so helpful and her English was good.

Very noisy. Some next door visitors kept their doors open and was very noisy . We could not sleep! Hotel must make sure this is not happening!

place is near. i got a space to take some rest after tired journey.

I didnt like the politics that the receptionist played with me. I had a family I reach very tired and I left a paid hotel due to poor services. The receptionist ( A male) who was on duty in the early morning/night shift told me I have to pay 12 hours price of same as walkin customers and have to wait for more than one hour (after Fajr prayer 5:30am) for checkin. He was available but he kept me waiting and waiting with out even offering a cup of tea or glass of water

Good location near haramein to walking and cleansing not so care

Cleaning, but smiling smoke when is off aircondition

Location was perfect. Staff was amazing at the reception and very accommodating. Straight 5-8 min walk to women’s entrance Gate 13 & 14.

Air conditioning was not working too well as it was really hot outside so that needs to be fixed.

Hotel is only best for their location.

Starting from receptionist to hotel room, nothing was good enough to appreciate. They did not provided towels and after 3 reminders, we got it. Room don't have any landline phone to call receptionist or house-keeping, every time you have to go to receptionist and ask someone to provide/help. Forget about housekeeping as there is no one around to do the same. This hotel is only good for location otherwise it is not worth it. I believe this hotel should not be listed in Booking.com.

Assalamu alaikum I like kindly help the guest who come in your hotel. Many many problem in your hotel room and bathroom but your staff and management don't care of this. Gentleman remember we are Muslim we help to each other this is our reason.

Thank you sir next time I will never and my friend will never go there..

Very close to the Rawdat Masjid

1-On my stay they never come to clean my room2- I called three times that my sink is clogged 3-I I went myself to let them know that that my is sink is clogged, they told me someone will be there to fix it never see anybody.I went to the front desk asking for bathroom tissues and towels never got . This place is the most careless hotels to their clients.The service is terrible .

Cleanliness need improvement. The carpet at Room 505 very dirty, better to keep use of tiles only.

There was no parking for us when we check in next day they provided us parking after so many requests one day we come out with car same day they say no parking for you it was very difficult for us and bad service

It was very close to Haram that was best thing.But cleanliness inside the room was not good enough.Carpet was very bad condition and dirty.
