How close it was to masjid nabawi.

Staff could've been more attentive. The food at buffet was not fresh at all and the quality lacked big time. And the staff kept taking my food as I was eating. Very unprofessional.

Its proximity to Prophet’s mosque. It’s like 5-7 minutes walk to get to the mosque. One can also pray right behind the hotel as it is part of the mosque. Rooms size is good. Lifts also operated efficiently as otherwise this becomes an issue during rush times.

It’s a decent place. Though certain improvements can be made in breakfast to make it more continental. The price for stay paid was high but considering late bookings one would expect high prices and seasonal factor

The staff are very helpful who are on the front desk also Riyad from the cleaning staff. Breakfast is varied and delicious.

I thought is closer to Haram

The Hotel location is very nice, the staff friendly, and the food variety in the resturent was excellent. I appreciated the resturent staff and management.

Nothing everything was just perfect

I particularly liked the location as it was just a few minutes walk to the Prophet’s masjid.

I did not like that the TV in my room was not a smart tv with apps like YouTube so that I could watch videos of my interest.

It is a very good hotel very near to the Masjid. Staff were wonderful, especially Abu Shahin at the reception. Made my check-in process fast because he could speak English and is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The restaurant dining area is too tight and tables are small. They should upgrade the side tables to be big for families and groups.

The location is very good, close to the Haram.They gave us a room with a nice view on the Madina side as a gesture when we asked that we wanted one room on the haram. The staff is kind and professional

The bathroom smelled not good because there was an open floor drain.They did not clean our room and we had to ask them after a long day.For what we paid, which is more than 320euro for two nights, we had better expectations..

Breakfast and the hotel is very outdated

Best thing about the property was it's proximity from Masjid an-nabwi. Gate 318 was just 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

Water licking from bath room bothers us, when shower lots of water licks to the bath room floor, informed front desk didn’t fixDefinitely needs to fix

Clean and neat. Love the interior design. Breakfast was amazing and for cheap price. It’s very close to haram. 2 mins and you’re inside the haram.

Shower door leaks water into floor but it’s okay it drys out fast
