Elaf Al Taqwa Hotel

Near to prophets mosque, customers service, staff, food variety, cleanliness.

Fast and friendly check in Mr Khalid was great the front desk very helpful i wud definitely book this place again breakfast was really nice

Very friendly staff, they go out of their way to help you out. I travelled with senior citizen with wheelchair and they are very accommodating. The faucets in bathrooms splash water all over so they need to address it, besides that, excellent experience!

The level of customer service was truly amazing. From the time that I entered the hotel to the time that I checked out, the staff went above and beyond their way to accommodate. This is going to be my hotel whenever I go to Madina!!

Location very close to Masjid Nabwi, near gate 309. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and cooperativeespecially Muhammed Hunayad provided good service. Thank you.

The room is spacious.Close to Haram.

Waiting time to check in was too long. It took more than two hours despite of our late arrival. We had to go out and come back.Pathroom was not supplied with soaps and other sanitary stuffs, only shampoo on the wall. Also male receptionists were not friendly.

The restuarent is good and verity of food

Reception staff support wasn't sufficient, I requested haram view room they haven't provided although they have it !!! Because I didn't make booking through reception but through the booking site that is the reason I can see.

Great location great staffs

Called front desk because next room guest were creating alot of loud noice and door banging

The staff made our stay truly outstanding

The location is not the best , far if you have elderly .. & the breakfast wasn't the best

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean. Location is excellent.

Your food in the restaurant, had a breakfast there but it was not that great.

Great location 1 minute walk to masjid nabwi. Good breakfast on premises

Room was big and cleanStuff was awesome and helpful 1 min from haram sharif

Rooms are big, clean and location is near the masjed

I had a wonderful stay in Madinah. Everything about the hotel was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the overall value and location. The staff were extremely cooperative and helpful; they truly made me understand the real meaning of comfort and hospitality.Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

The only small improvement I would suggest is making the parking free of charge. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The location was good and the size of the rooms were nice.

The price was very expensive- almost 1000 a night for two rooms (in late December/early January). We had access to an executive lounge which was basically a family room with no amenities (not even coffee). This was after we had stayed at the Hilton in Makkah and had three meals in the executive lounge (included in the price), which was also lower per night. So it was a downgrade from what we had. Also, the hot water didn’t remain hot for more than one consecutive shower for our family.

Location , interior , customer service

Services after midnight are extremely poor.

Staff, very close to haram, breakfast

A bit distant from women’s praying area

Amazing location, lovely, helpful and respectful staff, especially {Amin}The location was very near to the Haram 8 minutes walk away,

Rooms are not renovated , the furniture was dilated, but as the Art was nice, but Focus on it

Cleanliness , service , food , accessibility to masjid

Perfect location. Great service. Great breakfast
