They painted something- doors or utility closet in our hallway and the fumes were horrible. Lasted two days!

The staff that booked us in were helpful when we didnt like the first room we were allocated they moved us to a bigger. room The housekeeping staff and their supervisor were excellent The restaurant staff were. attentive to our requests I wish I could remember all the staff names so they could be acknowledged

The first room was small for 3 people I guess the angle of the room but that was resolved with no problems we were moved to a bigger room with a bigger bathroom

Every thing is good, service, qualit , peace, all the staff are so kind and respectful specially Ibrahim his a receptionist his very kind guy. I don’t have the time to thank him enough.

I didn’t like the fact that there’s no shuttle from hotel front to Haram. Also the speakers of Adhan must be in the rooms otherwise you can barely hear Adhaan

I like the stylish room which made my stay pleasant.

I didn’t like that the breakfast is only for two people when you reserve three twin rooms. You should accommodate the guests by number of beds.

The price is to high for the service and the food they provide, also staffs/help desk is not available mostly

I book partial haram view, however, it was small window and I need to look to the far window edge for the haram view I don’t think this what partial should be !! It was a view towards the in-front hotel.

In the restaurant, it took a while to clear the tables (perhaps the waiters are overwhelmed by the number of guests)
