Pros +
- Some of the staff were very nice, and the location is decently close to Masjid Nabawi.
- Location to al haram
- Location was very near to Haram. 400m.
Cons -
- The furniture is old, the place is poorly maintained. We came to find the sheets had not been changed, and there was hair and crumbs on them. There is an unpleasant smell, and the room is tiny. Someone walked in our room at 2am, experience was just awful.
- Dispointed
- We request for 4 beds in room but they give us 5 beds. No space between beds.

Location
Receptionist so much rude and liar he was not willing to provide us room even after 4 pm
Near to prophet masjid
High cost but low quality
Easy access, 2-3 mins walk to reach, value for money
So many kids noisy around the corridor and unable to sleep, housekeeping staff so much noisy and long mins to wait lift to go up.
Nice hotel correct , walking distance to haram

Location from Haram. Room was small but clean.
Cost effectiveness. Breakfast to be included in economy package.
Not really recommended!!Highly priced for a below average service.,
No facilities., no proper cleanliness and hygiene.,Poor hospitality by hotel staff. No drinking water, no restaurant in premises.Too much price for worst facilities.,Parking is free but space constraint., only for skilled drivers can park.
The hotel location - beside haram
The room and toilet were dirty, the beds covers and pillowcases were not changed, the towels used and wet, I spoke to reception, and they did nothing.
It was fine.
Bathroom was having a water leaking issue which couldn’t be resolved and the room was very small.
I liked the location about 4 mins walk to masjid al nabawi. The hotel itself was great. The staff were professional, the rooms were clean but just needs a little renovating. Excellent overall.
Positives are excellent staff, very helpful, Rayyan security helped a lot so grateful to him, cleaners are receptive to requests. Location excellent, close to haram as well as main roads so can take a taxi quicker. Lots of lifts. Negatives are rooms are very dated, needs an urgent refurbishment. Cleanliness not the best, rooms were tight.
Clean, fast check in Best value in busy season like Eid elfetr
The location was ideal was not far from haram
wasn’t very hygienic , room was small, house keeping didn’t come to change beds as often, did not provide towels on a daily, very poor quality stay
First interaction with the staff was poor, delayed and frustrated but later on abdul Shakoor , a worker tried his best to rectify the matter
7-9 min walk to Masjid ( More convenient for Ladies)7-8 Elevators
Washrooms needs some cleaning and maintenance Some Basic Necessities like towels tissues are needed
Super friendly staff and receptionist They helped us to find slot in the park despite the busy season
Its not too far from masjid
