Waqf Othman Bin Affan Hotel

Staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble. hotel employee at reception was particularly helpful. The bellboys looked after luggage admirably and moved the cases between floors while we were out. In Housekeeping deserves a mention.

Half of the lifts were undergoing major maintenance during our stay which was causing much inconvenience. Thankfully when asked to change rooms to a lower floor so that we could the stairs our request was immediately actioned.

They gave us only 2 cups for 4 people in a room. We booked 3 nights stay at this hotel. We asked for 2 more cups daily but they never gave us. All they said yes Insha'Allah but four of us had to use only 2 cups for 3 days.

Everything....I have my booking in Usman bin affan for 26 nov....after I reach the hotel they did not give me the room instead they send me to Ritz hotel...even there I have to fight with them to get the room and above all they charged for parking.....although when I booked it was mentioned parking free.....staff was very rude specially Mr mohammad ijaz ....not only me the other customers were also quarrelling with the reception of Ritz hotel when I arrive there.....I also have the booking for 28 Nov in Usman bin affan.....the room was stinking....room and wash room was not cleaned .,....Very very bad experience.....

When The was booking and when we were even approaching the hotel google map was taking us far closer to Masjid Nabvi than it actually was located. Thank God taxi driver knew exact location which was probably close to a KM away. It was v difficult for my wife to walk that far. If I knew exact location I would have never never booked it. In my opinion hotel gave google map wrong location to entice people. Also they were promoting room service in reality they didn’t have it. My wife wasn’t feeling well so I tried to order the soup they had on room service menus but no one was in the restaurant to take the order. Finally I went and spoke to waiter who was just there he also informed no room service & he didn’t care either. Hotel was always short on staff at front desk. Waited long time to check in & I saw every time I passed front desk people waiting in long times and being frustrated. Never stay there and don’t recommend anyone.

Location is too far away from Roza, also the fire alarm was faulty it rang all night on our first night making the next day very difficult due sleep deprivation. Staff was too relaxed and not responding on time.

Location was not too far from Masjid Nabawi and near main street.Therefore, easy to get uber/taxi

1. I was hoping to get 2 rooms on the same floor but we were separated at Level 1 and 6.2. Water pressure was slow for the shower for room at level 6 but level 1 was fine.

Reception staff were welcoming ,good rooms space. Fast check in,Car parking.

-Breakfast restaurant staff attitude was really bad. Don’t know how to behave with customers. We booked rooms for 6 adults with breakfast. But manager at restaurant argued that we were booked breakfast for only 3 people. Receptionist was so kind that she came with us to speak to the restaurant manager . Still Restaurant manager was arguing with receptionist. Manager was unwelcoming and rude.-Contact number provided not Answering.-Breakfast needs to be improved a lot.-Room service ( drinking water bottles) was not available after 11:00 pm, advised to wait till next day morning.

Excellent hotel with exceptional service from the staff. Very helpful and kind. Location was very good nearby shops for food, shopping etc. Only 5-7 mins easy walk to Masjid-e-Nabawi. Highly recommend this hotel

Obviously the owner is the biggest sell but aside from that it is the only hotel in medina to have free parking. Breakfast was included. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and tidy.

The hotel is clean and good staff. Ahmad at the reception is very friendly. Tarik, the room maintenance is also very friendly and helpful.
