We had three suits rented, we asked in advance to have connecting and next to each other, on arrival we were told that cannot be possible. The rooms had missing furniture, one room had no chairs at all , there was no welcoming fruits or dates as it always has been, this was our third time visiting the Hilton , but it was the worst

Staffs need to be friendly with smiling face and offer any helps even if only for prestigeRestaurant staffs must be retrained to make sure that they are properly prepared how to treat guests because we saw that they are holding favoritism which should not be they need to have diversity and dignity .you can see it in the camera video how they worked with guests.

We recently stayed at Hilton Madinah with our family and everything about our experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the staff made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable.Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable with a perfect location near the elevators which made access so much easier, especially with family. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping everything clean and organized. A special mention to Muhammad Shahid, our housekeeping staff member who was incredibly polite and accommodating. He even offered to clean the room later in the afternoon to suit our schedule, which we truly appreciated.The reception staff were courteous and professional, helping us choose the best room options and even granting our late check-out request without any hassle.The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. The hotel’s location is excellent as well — convenient and close to everything we needed.Overall, our stay was beyond expectations. We felt truly taken care of and comfortable throughout. We would love to return to Hilton Madinah again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Location was perfect, specially if you are traveling with children. Breakfast was good as well, many options to choose from.

I don't recommend the Junior Suite rooms; the ceiling is low, the air conditioning pipe runs above the bed, and the water noise was annoying.

Buffet restaurant was not organized and ppl there are not helpful. More focused on. Only assisting so called dignitaries from corrupt countries

I had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Al Madinah. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The receptionist generously offered us a room with a partial view of the Haram and also provided a late checkout, which made our stay much more comfortable.The cleaning service was fast and efficient, and any requests were handled promptly. The location is amazing and only about a one minute walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which is a huge advantage, especially during prayer times.Breakfast was good. It is not the best, but it is perfectly fine and satisfying. Another big plus is the convenience around the hotel. There are many shops right next to it, along with popular food chains like McDonald’s, KFC, and Pizza Hut.Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Madinah thanks to its prime location, friendly staff, and smooth service.

The breakfast selection was limited and could be much richer, especially considering the hotel’s standard and price. More variety and higher-quality options would make a big difference and improve the overall stay experience.

Public toilets around restaurant. Ladies toilet was filthy on Friday 2nd Dec. around 1-2 pm.

The room was clean and everyone made sure we had water and toilet paper all the time. Each and everyone of the staff were really nice, friendly, and helpful

The food is not the best, the Madina restaurant buffet was overpriced and the food was really bland. The room service food was decent but the menu could have more options. Coffee is not the best

Superb Cleanliness and well maintaned! Although, Beginning of the entered the room there is a burn smell via Air conditioning, but they come and fixed it immediately. This is the fourth time i choose this facility due to nearby access to Al Haram
