I like the location

Room was ok butt without any facility no tea coffee .Even I found there a cattle not working ? ? No water not any facility .Reception is too busy all time .Wasted one hour for check in.

Nearness to the haram

First time in 14 years of my travels to madina I had such a bad experience. I had booked a five bed family room, the receptionist gave me four bed..so I went back to him and he changed my room but while changing my room he apparently didn't update it on the computer system bcoz 2 families almost barraged into my room during the night as they were assigned the same room as mine... then in the middle of the night i had to go to the reception and fix the mistake... the bed are creaky and old... the room I booked hardly deserved 200 or 250 riyals but I had to pay 610 riyals because of high demand..

The location is a perfect little walk 5-7 minutes inside Masjid Nabwi.overall it's only a perfect location and all others are acceptable.

The room is very small, and no cooking/burner facilities are available in the room.lift too much busy.staff are acceptable not too much helpful.

Zero Service

I have booked hotel on 12 December and everything was confirmed on Booking.com and via WhatsApp as well. But when i reached hotel they said NO ROOM AVAILABLE even i showed them my booking and WhatsApp message. i need to suffer that night with my family. So Please dont do booking with them. I will share WhatsApp screenshot as well.

the location of the hotel is great. few minutes walk to Haram.

the number of elevators apparently is not sufficient for the occupation. I had to wait for 15 minutes to get down from my room with my luggage for check out. there are no tea bags or cups in the room. only kettle.i was given a 4 beds room instead of 3 beds room (my original booking) due to unavailability of the rooms. the room space was very tight and I could hardly move. funny thing I was asked to pay extra 30 SR on my check out because the room has an extra bed. I tried to tell the receptionist that it's not my fault that my original booked room was given to someone else and the hotel should compensate me not vice versa, but he insisted to make me pay. he even said that they did me a favor by letting me in instead of dismissing me due to rooms unavailability!!!

The room is not clean. The toilet is old and the whole bathroom is in a miserable condition. The maintenance department and the administration are not cooperative.

Reception staff, had to wait for check in, even so that the reception person went and left me waiting.First time ever i had a declined request to extend my checkout, it was from 2 to 3 pm and they declined.The bathroom was not clean and an previous visit wet towel was lying in the bathroom. Upon asking the room service to give me new the person started to mis behave and upon i getting annoyed he changed it.Small room.Small parking
