I really liked the staff members and how they were friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom, the towels smelled bad and the toilet wasn't clean enough. Probably you need to make sure that the toilets are clean with towels that Doesn't smell bad.

Not clean. Very small and tight. Room is awful and bathroom is extremely small. They gave us a room right by the service elevator which was extremely noisy.

Hope if the change or deep clean the room carpet & more care of bathroom.

There was no slippers in the toilet and not much clean

The service was worst , the toilet flash not working, telephone not working, lockers not working, no towels in the room, no toiletries in the room, even no space in e room to keep lagguse , in a word it’s a worst hotel ever I see.!

room was not that clean, female hairs where around date seeds were on ground and toiletries were not refilled, room beds were just ok not that comfortable

the staff were very nice, polite, helpful.. they show me more than one room to satisfy me and my mother ..specially Mr. Tariq in reception. the house keeper and the worker to luggage are very helpful.

I didn't expect that the room is very small also the washroom too small. location little bit far from the mosque specially for old people, you have to walk long way to reach masjid. The amount of the price is higher than the facility.

Location was good, and they were offering free parking the only two good things.

What they show on booking.com, its completely opposite to that. Consider these are only pictures not reality. I purchase a room for three but the room was for actually for 2 persons but they forcefully adjust a third bed into it. The room was disgusting and very congested. When we fight they give us another room, having no refreshment, no soap or shampo. Its was just a room. I will not give a single star to this hotel. And i want to ask booking.com to do not spoil you reputation by showing us fake pictures and betray us.

Toilet needs renovation. Phone wasn't working.AC very cold can't be adjusted has to turn off to warm the room then on again when needed.
