Guest Time Hotel

Nothing to like in this hotel.

This hotel is worse, pictures are totally fake, no side table available in room, no lamps, Totally broken furniture in rooms, no cleaning even few lights are not working, and fews are blinking. Wallah very bad experience with this hotel, too much dirty rooms and bad condition.

Booking is reserved, but I am not sure the alloted room is the same what i have booked.Car parking is available.

Need to improve in CleanlinessOld AC unit not able to control with remote control.

ASSALAM O ALAIKUM ----STAFF IS VERY GOOD/ RECEPETIONIST IS GOOD/ HOTEL IS VERY NEAR TO HARAM/PUT DISPENSER FOR HAJJIS/ DOOS STREET ALSO VERY NEAR/INSHA-ALLAH NEXT TIME I WILL COME TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Location, very near to masjid. Easy accessible.

Very cold room without AC. Heater was not working. When we entered into the room, carpenter came to fix main door lock and bathroom lock.Refigerator was not working priperly, but they replaced by other. Very small room, hardly to move into the room.

Staff was corporative, the best part very near to haram, Wifi access but very slow, towel soap shampoo provides, but no microwave oven, no acces for pressing or iron, no cutlery provided, no laundry these all are chargeable, the rest is ok to stay near to haram but the lrice was not fair without these amenities, prices was higher

I liked the location because it was very close to the mosque it was next to gate 320

The beds had bedbugs they constantly kept nibbling on us even after we complained they didn’t do or say anything and the bed were very bad every time you moved on the bed it made a very loud noise and it woke everyone up in the room and when you opened the cupboard door the door broke off there was a spillage of tea in the corridor and there was no cleaner to clean it up so I went I cleaned it up making sure that nobody slips and the lifts where slow and there is a lot of people smoking in the hotel so if you have asthma I won’t recommend and there is a lot more but I won’t talk about it because it will take to long and those who are thinking about booking here I won’t recommend it

no service support like cleaning no one come for cleaning in 3 days

Assalamu alaikum. As it was very much close to masjid e nabawi we were able to go for all 5 prayers easily and the staff was too kind.

We had less space for having food in the room and it was the only drawback.

its good because near in haram

no parking.. the staff have a chosen to be park you know friend parking only, noisy.. you can hear the sound outside not confortable to sleep..

The room was exactly the same as shown in the picture. It was clean and comfortable. The washroom was also according to our expectations. In a nutshell, our stay was very comfortable.

We had to wait for more than 1 hour to park our car. The parking was available but there was a bald guy (part of hotel management), he was alloting parking according to his own wishes. To some guests he was saying no parking available and to some he was saying yes parking is available, you bring your car down. When we got permission to park our car then we again have to wait because the guy (also part of hotel management) whose car is there in the centre of the parking entrance after the barrier is having his dinner. Keeping in view the location and standard of the hotel, this issue should be taken seriously.

Location was great and so is the front desk staff, they were very nice and cooperative

Room size,very small room for 3 people to fit in

Room was oaky alhamdolillah,But I never seen the terrible staff who is not giving any response on reception.I reached at hotel on Thursday ngt..and waiting on reception with my family & kids that is not acceptable..I will never recommend anyone to stay with them staff was very rude.Booking.com shown everything while we are booking the room that you will get this facilities so and so..I mean hot water cattle, towels, glass for drinking water..but there was nothing...we went on reception several times but on last day off check out they provide us the things which we accept on arrival....That's it...
