Pros +
- The receptionist was welcoming the first time I heard the word of please during my stay as I have been through few hotels for my personal experience.
Cons -
- The bus. I wouldn’t mind taking one bus to Al haram but I had to take two buses. Apart of that everything was 5*
- The rooms were very dirty, washrooms were not clean, plumbing was very poor the water was coming very little. I spoke to the staff and they said they will send a plumber but I stayed there for 7 night no one came staff was very rude.
