Al Muna Kareem Hotel- EX LEADER

Overall an amazing stay!Upon checking in, reception offered to upgrade our basic four bed room to a family suite, this alone greatly increased the quality of our stay allowing for our large family of 8 to feel at home! It meant a lot to us that the Muna Kareem staff acknowledge and cater for families. Breakfast was excellent! Large variety of cultural food and continental food was offered, breakfast staff was very cooperative and competent providing top notch service. Staff was considerate of our senior family members who were unable to come down to eat breakfast and allowed for us to bring food up to them.I had left my Leather Jacket behind, staff was able to locate and secure the jacket and cooperated with us to help retrieve my jacket safely.

Elevator service can be improved, wasn’t super convenient.

The property was well maintained, clean, luxurious and such a short walk to the Haram. The breakfast had good variety and good quality food. It was a very pleasant experience for both my family and my in laws. Alhamdulillah

I really liked the place location and the reception stuff specially and huge thanks for Qamar the lady in morning reception .. she was way more than helpful and always showing a welcoming and guidance to me as a women

The only bad thing was the restaurant floor .. the smell goes all over the hotel during serving time

Everything about the hotel from the amazing ambience to the welcoming reception, very helpful , courteous staff , our request for early check-in to late check out everything was dealt exceptionally well . Have been there twice in a week, the best hotel and hospitality in close vicinity of Haram

Nothing worth mentioning

Very nice stay with clean n caring people and delicious food, especially the one who makes Variety of Tasty Omlets in seconds(Alam from Bangladesh) and Concierge Mr Hussain. Very cooperative people even offered early Checkin n also offering Gahwa with dates after Salah and surprisingly a welcome Fruits basket ? after Checkin, I would recommend everyone who cares about cleanliness, hygiene as well as Real Value for your money?????

Room was comfortable and clean. Room service was good.

There was some noise outside the room late night and caused disturbance in my sleep. Other guests and hotel staff should be advised to maintain silence in late hours of the night when most guests are resting. Breakfast needs more fresh fruits and fresh juice if possible.

Cleanliness and location. They were able to substitute our breakfast for sahur for few days except one day of miscommunication. Very kind of them especially the chef. والله بارك

Front desk staff need some more training in understanding other foreign languages especially English. We were charged about $113 for each room to stay up 8:00pm to leave for Jeddah. Meanwhile a whole night stay was $145. They could not allow us even to stay at least to 9:00 pm. Need some training on customer relations and the facility will be a great place.

Very close to gate 339 ,about 2 min walk Staff are professional and friendly

Neat and clean hotel. Very near to women prayer area, staff was very cooperative specially parking supervisor, he arrange parkiing for me in rush hours and personaly went to parking slot to help with parking in tighten slot.

Rooms were clean and air condition. Towels provided.

No tables to put suitcases. Room had mosquitoes. And the water in the shower room keep getting clogged and flooding the bathroomNot enough only lighting. Too dimm. Difficulty r reading Quran. Breakfast. 99% fruit is all canned no coffe machine paper cups and. Nescafé satchets and ahmed tea , would expect a coffee machine in a 4+ star hotel. No mushrooms or hot fried tomatoes etc. to much jar products .

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff were professional, friendly, and made us feel very welcome.

Location

The food in the restaurant was not up to the required standard; its variety was limited, and the ingredients used were of the cheapest kind. There was no enjoyment in the food. The restaurant’s location and space did not match the hotel’s price level. Honestly, if I had known this beforehand, I wouldn’t have stayed here. The rent is quite high, and the hotel’s standard should be proportional to that.

An amazing hotel, conveniently located, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Best thing is convenience of multiple lifts that don't keep you waiting even during peak prayer times.
