Clean rooms and reception area

Breakfast was below average. Bread was stale, butter was sub par. Veggies also felt old. They freshly prepare eggs if you ask for it, that was good.

Room was cozy and helpful staff

Restaurant services needs to be improved and breakfast options are limited. Bathrooms are congested.

Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Cafe was serving nice food options. Cafe timing was perfect.

Room size was small, No proper air circulation. No proper vent for the shower and toilet area. Mold was present in shower room. It's hard to stay inside room for longer time.

Not much worth for the money paid for the brand name they have

Rest room lock was broken, some smell in the room when enter, bed spread and pillow covers are not comfortable

Upon arrival, there was no receptionist present at the front desk, leaving the check-in process disorganized and unprofessional. Furthermore, the air conditioning was not functioning, making the stay uncomfortable, especially after a long journey. For a property that presents itself as a high-end establishment, such lapses in service are unacceptable.This experience has left a negative impression, and it is concerning that a hotel claiming to offer premium services fails to meet even basic hospitality standards. Such situations can damage the credibility of the establishment and make guests feel misled.I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve the service quality and address these critical issues to prevent future guests from facing similar inconveniences.

Major Concerns:1.Unhygienic Room Conditions: The room was completely unfit for a comfortable stay—mosquitoes, cockroaches, dust, and a persistent foul smell made it impossible to rest. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was in an unhygienic condition and unacceptable for a hotel of your standard.2.Health Issues: My father has dust allergies, and due to the unsanitary conditions, he had to cover his face and head with a bath towel to sleep. This reflects poorly on the hotel’s hygiene and maintenance.3.Housekeeping Staff Acknowledged the Issue: I showed the room’s condition in person to a housekeeping officer (a lady, whose name I unfortunately do not recall). She was visibly upset upon seeing the unclean state of the room. If needed, you may check the CCTV footage on our floor to confirm this.4.Unprofessional Response from Management: I reported these issues to the front desk via their duty phone and shared images as proof. However, the response from Duty Manager Ms. Sonali was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing the problem, she simply told us to “come down and check out.”5.Refusal of Late Checkout: After a sleepless night dealing with cockroaches and mosquitoes, I requested a late checkout. Instead of showing any concern, I was bluntly told, “Come down and check out now, or else I will charge you ₹1,000 + taxes

Size of room, facilities like no clips in bathroom, washroom, no cupboard to keep dress, no space for keeping luggage etc are not suitable for Indian customers.

Room should have -Arrangements for keeping luggage, dress, hangers in bathroom, washroom etc. Size of room to be bigger fir double occupancy.

A Disappointing Stay

The experience started on a shocking note when we were given keys to a room already occupied by other guests—a mistake that is both unacceptable and unsettling after a long, tiring journey when all you want is to unwind and relax.The issues didn’t stop there. Requests for basic room services were either ignored or poorly handled. The television in our room wasn’t working, and despite specifically requesting room cleaning before we went out for the day, it was left untouched.The so-called “smart room” was anything but. A broken window allowed mosquitoes in, making the night incredibly uncomfortable & impossible to get a restful night’s sleep.Overall, the stay was abysmal. For a brand like Holiday Inn, this level of service and lack of attention to detail is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort or reliability during their travels.

For one person stay the room was very good, but the price can be reduce for single occupancy room, this price is similar to a double bed room. Breakfast was very good and staff were very polite and helpful. Location is the key point near to most of the companies.

Small rooms but reasonable price.

I forgot my iphone charger connected to an adapter. The phone number on the website didn’t work. Somehow got in touch with the receptionist. They got back to me saying only the adapter is found but not the charger. What was useful was taken, leaving the adapter behind. It was my fault in the first place to forget my charger, but its equally important for the hotel to keep the lost items safe. It’s all about reputation of the hotel, right.
