Overall, we were very pleased with our room. It was spacious, tidy, and had a lovely view. The amenities were great, and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept in. A truly relaxing experience

The staff was attentive, the room was spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the receptionists were very helpful

Really bad. I don’t recomand.

The MD/reception was very rude and rash behaviour and didn’t even provide water bottle, no plats and no glass for drinking water.The movement we ask for these his reply to us to vacate the room and go for another place which was shocking to me at 10:40 PM around.These people are not maintaining minimum standards.No cleaning and walls are smelling, floor is smelling. I was shock and surprise to see the standards and behaviour of staff. They are running kitchen on their own ans forcing customer to order eat there only.How come the standards of OYO gone this poor level.He was arguing with me in way that he don’t care about rating and he don’t even care about complaint to customer care.It is really bad experience.

I had a very bad experience throughout my stay. The walls were very dirty, the staff behavior was poor, and the service was inadequate. Although the restaurant was closed, they didn't arrange to send food to my room. Additionally, they didn't provide basic amenities like complimentary water, plates, and towels."

Normally, other properties provide bills and allow check-out by 11 or 12 pm. However, this property has a check-out time of 12:00 am (midnight), which is unusual and inconvenient. This kind of behavior is not in line with good hospitality practices and may negatively impact your business prospects."

The room was in a really bad state. It smelled awful, and there was water everywhere, making the place messy and uncomfortable. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and being there felt unpleasant.

Location is pretty good, Molton's kitchen providing very good food,room was spacious.

Romm was not enough clean,especially washroom.Staffs and services was not good.

Good value for money, and they didn't loot us. They asked only the same amount as the website asked

1. They said outside guests are not allowed inside the hotel and the way it was communicated was very bad.Usually, hotel should say guests are not allowed overnight, or not more than certain no of guests or hours. But here, they said not allowed even for a minute.2. The facilities, cleanliness was just bare minimum, but cannot complain much as it's a budget hotel which took only 4500 for 3 nights.

We went to the hotel after receiving the email confirmation from booking.com, the staff were very rude and asked us cancel the booking or to pay extra 600 above the online price.
