Is it worth spending a stay at this hotel?

The beds and bedsheets were torn Similarly the blankets were in bad shape. 1 small cup of tea costs 60 bucks and the taste was pathetic.

It was really nice

Bathroom was not much cleen. hot water line was not available wash basin and other fittings was not at all cleen... Not satisfied rest of the things are okay

Only it is a centre place.

Breakfast was the same everyday. Was served late. No kuzhipaniyaram on 17th. Coffee was not served hot. Washroom was horrible. No care was taken by housekeeping staff did not clean the room and washroom on the second day of our stay. Flush was not working properly. Washroom latches were not functional.

Room tariff is reasonable.Breakfast is good.

Renovation work in the adjacent room was noisy.

nothing. i booked 14 jan to 19 jan.booking number.4798348089. and i have paid. i was sick so the airline did not bored me.i come back and i cancended the booking.but they did not pay my amount which paid . i called but nouse and agin i booked for 22 jan to 28jan. booking number.4936832012 and when went to the hotel i paid for my stay

room was not good , on monday they were asking me tp pay Ru, 5000, or you have leve the hotel. i told them i have paid till 28-1-2025 But they want to come to hit or pay money.

In spite of complaint at reception about no hot water supply to the bathroom for bathing couldn't change room or rectify the problem as a senior citizen this made us shocking experience in winter.

Booking.com took charge for 2bedroom (bigger) rent whereas when it went to OYO and then the Hotel, it became a classic congested room for 2 people.

The staff on reception was bit rude, wifi was denied upfront when this was available and details were shared by other staff member.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Belsons Taj Mahal. The service was outstanding, and the room was clean and comfortable. I want to specifically thank the Front Office Manager, Abdul Azid, for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. His efforts made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Bad

There was no booking only . After getting a confirmed report from booking . Com the hotel said that they were full. We went with luggage and had to pay 300 extra during traffic hours to the taxi. The hotel staff simply refused to accept any online reciept of confirmation. Please look into this matter

Everything bad with cockroaches water stains old building bad bed no facility at all.

The food was good but staff was super annoying. They had asked for the tip after every delivery. There was no 'Do not disturb' button and staff was ringing doorbell for free. I didn't feel secure as there was no peep hole.

Curtains, walls , window, washroom were dirty. No peep hole. No proper door lock. Bathroom mirror was broken. There was no do not disturb button. Staff was asking for the the tip Every time ringing the bell. Someone knocked at my door in the mid night. My stay was not peaceful and safe.

Facilities

Staff was not able to provide us the confirmation of the booking. They said there is no booking made at all from booking.com and We will have to pay the regular charges causing lot of confusion and inconvenience to our guests

Worst experience and rude experience with the staff especially the property manager.
