Super Hotel O Gokul Grand Near SR Nagar Police Station

Absolutely nothing. Location is somewhat acceptable.

1. Almost full day disruption of electricity in the room and had to spend time outside and at lobby2. No regular cleaning of the rooms and corridor. We had to go down each time two to three times to remind on this.3. Other than hotel manager all staffs especially the reception guys were rude and a complete misfit for the hospitality industry 3. There were disruptions of water in the toilet4. No restaurant 5. By the by due to some urgent work we had to extend 2 nights stay at the hotel. Since we had 3 suitcases and 2 trolley bags we didn’t want to change as it will be additional stress to repack the bags, check out check in etc. We extended our stay for 2 nights. Incidentally they offered cheaper rate of Rs.1600/- per night6. bedroom linens were dirty and not clean7. There were issues with TV during our stay

I liked the location which is near to all the places to roam. The staff was very polite and helping nature.

TV was not working? and sometimes hot water didn't came due to common heater pump but when I informed my problem to staff they responded and provided me quick resolution.?

Facilities and cleanliness were good. Rooms were awesome. Clean washroom. The staff was very supportive and courteous.

Hotel staff very supportive, hotel room clean and awesome in this price. In the past, I had stayed in a duplex with a tiny balcony. It is roomy and maintained exquisitely

It is not at all worth to pay Rs.1700 per day.No neatness. No complimentary. Rooms are stinky. Curtains are so dirty, i think they never washed it. Rooms are not at all clean.

Checkin and check out timing first only I have entered and the booking.com has approved that and the hotel staff have said that our timings is 12 to 11 only and for 3 hrs they have taken 500 rs it's a worst time

Food delevery man behaviour is too bad he is disturbing to he went to room directly don't ask come in

There is literally nothing to like about this hotel.

No parking for cars. Room hygiene was very poor. Hotel does not even provide you with mineral waterNo toiletries. They do not even have plates, spoons or glasses if you need them. All request were met with No or not available. Very bad experience. If you are with family, please avoid this hotel at any cost.

No breakfast provided. if you order The staff told that breakfast you have to pay from your pocket. Later booking. com will reimburse the same . which is a cheating the customer. Never had this kind of experience. very much disappointed.
