When i booked complimentary breakfast was mentioned. Morning they told that breakfast was not included . We purchased breakfast.

I booked hotel by booking.com Rs 1575 hotel charged Rs 1960No towel in roomNo soap shampoo Tv not recharge Coffee maker was not cleanNo coffee pouch available Bathroom tiles damaged, toilet jet not working properly all bathroom fittings rusted Many insects in the roomI asked for above tv recharge,towel, soap & shampoo many times finally it got at 8 pm and coffee pouch not received he denied that we are not serving coffee pouch only serving tea pouches

Bad experience of hotel

I wasn’t there but my wife and my 9 month old daughter was there and your staff is very rude to them . In first they didn’t give them the room because they were asking over charge. I book this hotel online and mention there arrival timing and accept the room charge what they ask for then why they ask extra charge when my wife reached at hotel. She wait almost one hour outside because your staff don’t want to give room. And they charge her over for taxi. 1400 Rupees from Airport to hotel then from hotel to airport another charge. So disappointing service. That’s why I want to say that I don’t like anything, if my wife liked anything I don’t know because she didn’t share anything with me that she liked.

Teach your staff at front desk that how to treat or welcome your guest. They are so rude. Always trying to make over money. That gonna ruin your hotel Performance. They really really charge extra to my wife. If I am not wrong they were asking for one night 4000 rupees and when I book online it was just 1860 rupees. So so so Disappointing.

The room was modern and clean. Front desk was quite slow and the Wi-Fi was not very good

Wi-Fi and staff responsiveness. Also there was mention of a shuttle to the airport - the price was 3x that of Uber. After I queried the price was more than halved

Poor quality room. Not specious as advertised. Toliet is not good. Tiles, commode, and shower are in poor condition. There are no tissues and no towels. Towel given on request only. Noises from the glass window with the wind. Night, it is quite disturbing. It could be due to poor quality glass. The water kettle was not provided.

ac is leaking , paid good tips as well , minimum courtesy is lacking , no seriousness towards guests and service , manager is in th hotel but pretended to sleep and no one answers calls on the designated numbers. My phone got spoilt due to this !

In my Life. I have Worst experience with this Property. Never stayed such type of Worst Property. I don't know How they Got Good Reviews........ Totally paid reviews and managedBooking.com loosing Respect

It's very near to airport Best room renovated rooms and good quality off food nice service by staff good maintained by managers excellent welcoming to guest

Excellent Hotel Great Service Really enjoyed it's location in th city center where everything is within walking distance The staff was very good and was very helpful breakfast really delicious and the room nice I appreciate the luggage room option as well all good

Hotel location

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Enjoyed a wonderful (though short) stay at the Hyderabad Rainbow hotel and its Very near to airport.. The safety measures in place made stepping out after the pandemic a much more reassuring experience than I expected. The customer service was brilliant, the entire staff extremely helpful and cheerful! Hope to be there again soon.
