Very rude host person is and it was mentioned break fast but they told there is no breakfast

Hotel has some foul smell lingering all over the time in the entire hotel. Dark environment, absolutely unhygienic environment inside as well as outside the hotel. On booking thru the website it shows it offers continental breakfast, but all false no breakfast at the hotel provided. All false promises on the what’s m website.

Morning staff young boy dealings very bad, room not clean, no hot water, not helping to arrange site visiting, window door is tied with rope , I taken all photos, If iam getting not getting favourable reply and need compensation .

receptionist collected the additional amount, actual check in is 12pm, I have checked in 2:10pm, that person said classic rooms were house full. need to pay additional pay for other rooms

No proper door locks, we not able to close/ lock the doors.

More than the stay, the staff made it more discomfortable, un cooperative, no humanity, I had travelled with female companion for 12 and we were early by an hour to check in, he did not let use wash room, we had to book a taxi and find a near by hotel to use rest room, I hate any one to be recommended to this junk place.

Staff behavior. They were not supportive at all.Room was so dirty. A different type of smell was all there in the room. Wardrobe was almost 99% damaged. Tv was not working. AC was switched off the last night and none of the switches could turn it on. Overall disaster.

One sikh temple beside the hotel, night time after 3am there was some audio on loudspeaker that disturbed us.

We are booked a triple room for 3 members. Our flight was delaied an we have reached the property on mid night around 3 o clock. The reception person is shown a very conjested room and the room was very shabby and dirty the bathroom is very bad and not cleaning properly. I asked the respetion guy to give another room he told their is no room for him. We are not check on to this property.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. There was a manager, he was very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I didn’t stayed in the room. On finding dirty room and surrounding, I opt to vacate the property immediately. I just entered into the room, that’s all. The receptionist refunded money after a deduction.

Unsafe and dirty room and toilet. Doors couldn’t shut properly. Waste materials/scrap we’re kept in the room itself.

Bed extremely comfortable. Spacious bedroom. Room made up beautifully. Great view, lovely big room.
