They didn’t allow us to check in with your app. Instead they have allowed people to check in with direct bookings. We didn’t get the opportunity to check in the hotel. Very disappointed with this And I wish I had been informed about this earlier

It's totally different when compared with previous year experiences. They are particular about money & they discourage online booking guests.. they add burdens indirectly whatever the ways.. decided not to visit in future.

The property refused my booking and said book direct.After that I booked but the room was terrible The bathroom was not clean The blanket was a dirty cockroach in the room The bathroom window glass was missing Ac not working properly The staff is not helpful.

Spacious rooms, good ambience

Cockroaches were seen in the room. On complaint, the other room was allocated on the upper floor. Needs regular pest control of rooms.

Photos on web and reality are different

There are cockroaches and other insects roaming in the rooms bathroom tiles and tiles in the room are loose

Through Internet booking there is no breakfast

Telephone and TV set both are not working during my stay

Disappointing

They asked for extra money just to visit someone. Even if they did not stay in the room for 15 minutes they came to give food and the hotel asked for 600 extra from them to just visit me.

Cockroaches in the river om, very poor room service, lethargic, old fittings in hanging and leaking condition.

Complimentary breakfast was not given to me saying that I have booked the room through online.

Support staff took more time to resolve issues of TV and Hot water facility.

the staff was not at all polite and they were looking to extract more money from the travellers by charging extra for even 1 hr stay extension. no morning tea or coffee as their kitchen starts after 8.00.

Hotel has taken more amount than booking amount. It is very bad thing. Manager did not agree at all, while I showed him booking. Com screen shot ,booking amount.

A dirty room, poorly maintained. The washroom door doesn't even close. No water, remotes, even an intercom facility. Had to personally request for each of these and finally had to request for a room change. The bed linen looked soiled

Bedsheets and pillow cover were dirty, Wash room was very dirty Hotel didn't even provided a water bottle.

Don't believe confirmed price, it's a scam.

Hotel would not honour the confirmed price. They charged double stating they no longer work with booking.com. It was hardly worth the original confirmed price, very old, tired, dirty place

Good atmosphere, clean and well maintained rooms. good amenities, great place to stay.

All features and facilities are adequate and exceptional, an awesome stay unit

Sound proofingDisturbances , like loud voices ans noices coming from the next room through the partition wall, in which the electrical tv socket is there, And through this electrical point , as bothe tv of both rooms are connected to same wall in same point, through which the next rooms lound sound is disturbing. If that can fixed , then it would be better, because ones ound privacy is the key reason one selec5s this room. Sound proofing is more important, if it is ignored, then customer will also abort from booking the same hotel.
