Rooms were clean and spacious The reception Executive was helpful.

The official entrance of the hotel is not good as it is beside a highly polluted lake. It used to smell bad while walking for a cab for pickup and drop. Luckily the hotel building is 200 meters away from the road, so it doesn't smell in the room.

Nice, spacious room and very helpful reception staff. They allowed us to check in very early at no cost. Simple, fresh, tasty south-Indian breakfast. Comfortable, clean beds.

The furniture in the corridors and in the room was a little faded, but the beds were fine. The pool is out of commission. The name "Fort" is misleading as it is far from Golconda (30 min. taxi) or the old city (40 min taxi). The entrance is hidden, and drivers have a hard time finding it. The river is filthy and smelly. There are no restaurants or supermarkets close by.

Towing heavy luggages from the main road upto the reception is the most uncomfortable part for the aged people since we had to cross many steps in between. Ramps will ease the problems to a great extent

Staff are very courteous, polite and helpful; decent breakfast. Both were as good as my previous stay in July.

Due to some water pipeline issue, there was no water in the property the day I landed, and I could not even flush the toilet! I left for my work after 2 hours of hearing that water was being pumped. There are a few cockroaches that encroached into the room creating some sleep disturbance.

1) No wifi on 3rd floor for first day, changed to 2nd floor for wifi only. 2) However, the wall with the TV was damp and possibly had mold or will eventually have mold. I took pics of this. 3) Staff doesn't clean common areas from food left outside by guests. 2 days straight saw food left outside in the hallways, took pics of this too4) Hot water and water pressure are not consistent and can actually be dangerous

The following comments for room. Floors were dusty when we walk and go to bed all dust in bed. Mosquito attack though Goodnight machine but lquide un effective.

Distance between enterence. Wrong information about swimming pool in the premise. Food= rice not cooked. Reception staff should have knowledge about approximate area and tourist location nearby.

Very well centrally located and well connect to all parts of city. Great staff and very good, neat and tidy room

Rooms and cleanliness, staff was good all are maintain safe distance and hygiene. Location is good,ambience is good, staff was very well manner.

Took advantage of the Location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Ariston as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Rome as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

The rooms were teen cozy and comfortable. The staff in the hotel where always friendly polite and helpful.The front office staff were informative and knowledgeable and guided me all through my visit front office

This is a great choice for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay. The is nearby historical place like fort and musium,Banjara hills, and the rooms with their clean beds and excellent bathroom amenities contribute to a very pleasant stay.

This hotel was near to to my visits all types of transport. The friendly attitude by staff makes me really happy.Good fixture,baths and room's with hygiene.
