What Guests Loved
Pros +
- Nothing stands out.
- Staff behaviour was very nice including reception and the kitchen guys.
- Location only
Cons -
- Sheets were not cleaned in both rooms. Dim lighting in the room. Address refers to an old hospital name and on top, the Google maps took us to the next street and it took time to locate it.
- One of my room light was not working which caused me inconvinience since it was the light just near to mirror and looking into mirror clearly was challenging . The washrooms needs a mode tidy look
- Curtains were smelling like Cigarette smoke and puffs...Requested them to change ...initially said YES... but subsequently said no Just opend the windows to clear bad smell Very bad smell..particularly when I am not Smoker
