While booking its showing including breakfast, But they are not providing Breakfast. Its not available. Water bottle also not provided by hotel. Phone not working.
Very bad service. They are not knowing English. Not guiding for proper location to reach hotel. Mosquitoes and cockroaches are in room. Rat was dead and its lying in lift area, After informing to reception guy also not cleaned.

recently stayed at this place and had a good experience. The location was excellent. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay.
Room service was good. The staff was excellent behavior. Really pleasant and clean rooms.
After reached hotel they simply said no rooms available. I asked them I booked online and it was available but they said online showed wrongly
Staff behaviour is worst. They have collected extra amount from us. Which is higher then website rates. Next time we won't book Oyo and we suggest others not to book Oyo.
