Very small rooms and rest rooms are not secure. Not worth for the money at all. I do not recommend this guests with kids. Family unfriendly hotel

Front office/Reception : Ms. Pallavi was exceptionally helpful and friendly and ensured that Check-in and our stay was comfortable. Ms. Anjana also from the Front office/Reception helps us out, smiling at all times. Ms. Maltina helped us with our Breakfast and Dinner. Very friendly and very service oriented. I have not seen any young lady working so hard with a smile. During Breakfast, she is all over the place, helping everyone, Never idle even for a minute. God bless them. Good Team.Stay was good value for money.

Breakfast spread was not to the level we find in Holiday Inn Properties, maybe as this is Holiday Inn Express.Room size was small, maybe as this is Holiday Inn Express.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and outrage regarding my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was nothing short of appalling, and I am shocked that a property associated with a major brand such as IHG would operate under such unacceptable conditions.From the moment we entered the room, we were hit with an unbearable odor — a putrid, stale smell that made it impossible to breathe comfortably. The room was filthy beyond belief. Dirt and dust were everywhere, and to our horror, there were bugs crawling around the floor and bedding, creating serious health and sanitation concerns.The bathroom was in disgusting condition — uncleaned, stained, and moldy. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, making it impossible to shower or properly use the facilities. This is absolutely unacceptable for any guest, let alone members of a family associated with a Member of Parliament, who were traveling with us and were appalled by the disgraceful state of the accommodations.We felt unsafe, unwelcome, and completely misled by whatever standards your hotel claims to maintain. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. I demand a full refund for our stay. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the issue by filing a formal complaint with IHG corporate, and will not hesitate to report the unsanitary conditions to the local health department and other relevant authorities.We trusted your hotel with our comfort and safety — and that trust was completely violated. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this complaint within 48 hours.

The people were very helpful and the breakfast was good.

Looks like the corridor were being renovated so the floor base was not there. Looks unfinished. The room had a drywall patch thay could have been a little closet but it was being patched. It also looked unfinished. There was no slipers. The carpet in the corridor was awful. I had 360 wheels and it was still hard to pull my suitcase. They should change their flooring to make it easier for people with suitcase/ luggage.

Such cheapness of putting sink in living room itself. no cupboard. no walking space. no drawers. no table . no chair. Cost cutting taken to next level. Still such exhorbitant price?? The worst experience of check in. Both Booking.com and Hotel are fraud. This hotel is OYO category and charges are like TAJ. Total waste of money.

Superb breakfast spread. Excellent location. Clean fresh bed rolls

Didnot like the roti quality in dinner. It was hard to year. Suggest to keep whole wheat Roti. Observed shortage also. Buffet dinner could have slightly better and adequate spread.

Only one towel was provided which meant I couldn't dry my hair. The in-room dining options were limited. The burger was dry and didn't seem fresh.

Nothing I like at all – not good. We are still eating, and they are removing theFOOD already at exactly 10:30. I arrived around 10am for breakfast from the airport; more people were still eating there; they removed the food. Even though they charged me extra for early check-in – around 2000 rupees – at least a little consideration is needed since I booked for 2 days, from April 6 to April 8, but I will stay only until April 7 at 3pm exactly because I need to travel back to Dubai... Still, they don't give consideration and charge me still that almost 2000 rupees. AND EVERYTHING YOU ASK FROM THEM ALWAYS, THEY ARE TELLING NO, NOT ALLOWED, EVEN ASKING FOR PLATES. VERY BAD SERVICE... WORST HOTEL I VISITED. This is my second time in India. Never will I recommend this hotel to anyone.

The attitude of the staff is not pleasing.. for everything I have ask the staff and they take almost ages to respond The self laundry is pathetic.The worst part we have to wait for 2 hours to get the check in done

By default the needs should be there in room, its not available. for everything need to ask for the service.Food service basic things like cup, plate , spoon need to ask them. they provide us after asking.Quality of chairs, spoons and cups are not proper. I felt its not four start hotel.
