Poor location; nothing around. Poor interior design; very barebones lobby Bathroom door in guest room inconveniently located The guest room bathroom shower can do with an update Despite some negatives, the hotel is quite good.

Well located hotel, helpful staff and functional gym.

South Indian breakfast could be more authentic.

Breakfast was good. Location is also good.

Cost seems to be a bit higher considering its not at a walking distance to any of the hyderabad site seeing option

At the time of booking, the star shown as 5 and once we started getting communication it was seen to be 4*.Though the location was good but place isn't as shown in the photos.They should show the current pictures not the one which was taken at the time of refurbishment done

No value what I paid per night

The breakfast at Mercure was excellent and the service staff were quite supportive and prompt. The room service staff, in particular Vishnu (Room service executive) made sure that all our needs were met to make our stay more enjoyable.

Very long location, supportive staff and good food made overall stay very good. We will again book this place next time.

The property is not well maintained. The towels were dirty. Spoiling the Accor Brand Name

The staff was extremely nice, professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best I have experienced in India.

They make us pay full daily rate just to stay 4 hrs more , refused late checkout and also early check in although there are plenty of vacant rooms

Restaurant and it's staff. Food is very good and the staff served with passion, love and professionalism. Interacted with Karthik, Momtaj Windali, Ankit and Grace. They are super sweet and made sure I was comfortable and provided excellent service. Cheff sreedhar and Navneet are very nice and came by to inquire about food and asked for suggestions. I recommend this place.

Staff needs good training.

I appreciate the location, staff hospitality, and quick response. Housekeeping's responsiveness is commendable, and room services are making things easy for guests.

1. During breakfast service, the completed food plates are not being removed when switching to new plates. As a result, the finished plates on the table are piling up and only get removed when staff are called to clear them. This needs improvement to enhance guest comfort and maintain a cleaner, more efficient dining environment.2.The TV in the room is not properly configured with channels. Although the technician addressed the issue temporarily, it reappeared, and the problem has not been fully resolved. As a result, guests are still unable to access the TV facility.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food options. The real highlight was the staff’s behavior at the restaurant – very pleasant, welcoming, and attentive. They not only recommended great food but also provided incredible service, taking care of every guest and their preferences. Truly outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

The final airport drop . We were 7 people with luggage, we had paid double the amount to hotel than uber rides , the way hotel staffs talk was like extraordinary vehicles and on the way purchase time etc etc . But the car was extremely poor conditions with flat Tyres ?. No luggage space and not clean . If the hotel does this service on regular basis then this shouldn’t be surprising.

Delicious food and prompt room service. Comfortable city view rooms with soft mattresses. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good roof top bar and restaurant

Reception and lobby could be improved. Phone request to reception by dialing 0 on first day was kept pending by the reception , job done only next day after face to face conversation.

The team at Mercure Hyderabad KCP was consistently warm, courteous, and attentive — ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay from check-in to check-out.Centrally located with easy access to key attractions, shopping areas, and business hubs.The rom was clean and tastefully decorated, and most importantly, very spacious!I liked everything about the hotel and know for sure that I will return to this hotel the next time I am in Hyderabad.

The location was great. The duty Manager Krishna was great and always attentive to my needs. I stayed for about 9 days
