Excellent stay experience. The room was fresh and neat. Staff was courteous and helpful. Food was also nice. Worth recommending.

They have starightly cancelled my stay after booking is confirmed by giving advance also..worst treatment

Nice spacious rooms. They have a room service for lunch and dinner as well. The location is quite good, very close to HiTex and easy transport facilities are available. Several snacks outlet are also nearby.

Very very bad neatness,cleanliness,bathroom was stinking..beds are so pathetic ,infact they are cheating posting wrong pictures about the hotel and rooms..

Bathroom not clean.beds are worse..they are cheating showing some other property pictures in the online.

Broken and rusted fittings in the bathroom. They had electrical kettle. But every day I had to ask for tea bags and cup which they are supposed to provide by default. I had to pay some money in advance to confirm when that was not mentioned in booking.com. Broken sockets or switches. Non working TV remote. Extremely noisy AC and broken AC covers kept in place with brown packing tape.

The location. That is it. Nothing great with the hotel. For the amount they charge, the facilities were not up to the mark.

Poor breakfast. Just for name sake they have a buffet breakfast. Rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. We didn't know that we have to handover the keys to the reception if cleaning had to be done. We checked in only at 10.45 pm instead of 11 am on Day 1. But when we were checking out, we were asked to leave by 12 noon despite me requesting for a short extended stay of 3 hours up to 2 pm. The answer they gave was we can check in late by any time. But during checkout they said they can give only 1 hour. I felt bad that I stayed there for one and half days only spending for 2 days stay and were chucked out not providing the required grace time. I wouldn't book this hotel again. We never felt at home as we used to feel when we stay in some hotels.

Not worth the money I paid.

The room had cigarette smoke smell and the the exhaust in the washroom wasn’t working. Definitely not worth paying almost 3k. The deluxe room was small in size and doesn’t come under deluxe size.

Horrendous Experience

Everything especially staff is not trained and know how to talk to customers. They don’t want to do their work and expect us to do on their behalf. We have to all coordination with Booking.ComVery stressful experience where I have been told twice that complimentary breakfast is not included and that too while taking the food. Moreover it is clearly mentioned in my booking that Breakfast is complimentary. Not only that the staff was in altercation saying that you call and solve the issue. Where is the courtesy and hospitality. I was other my minimum one hour behind the process. This I not at all accepted and I won’t suggest anyone to use their facility because they clearly know that the breakfast issue is prevalent and is not visible in their App. Issue is how to resolve such teething issues, I didn’t see any help or support from the team to salvage this issues from their end.Professionalism is nowhere near the vicinity.I should ideal sue the property and the booking.com for providing such stressful experience and tarnish my image in front of other guests.Will see what are the legal options available to me.

Would not recommend to others for the such kind of staff misbehavior's.

Staff behaviour - Staff opened the main door even without knocking and telling that he had opened has the door is not locked. He should knock the door and ask for permission.

No response from reception and very bad room service.No water from night 12:30 AM to afternoon 4PM on 4th march. Unnecessarily we paid full amount. We are expecting refund for last day.My 2kids are struggled a lot, because Of no water in room

It was extremely dirty, cockroaches in the room. No hot water. Not accommodative staff

Located in very good place & was very easy to get cabs around.

Rooms wr too small & was not upto mark which we paid for. We wr 3 guests & paid for 3 but they provided for single person. Cleanliness required.

Good overall. Breakfast was good. Near by all amenities. Budget friendly.

There was a huge crowd partying till early morning with loud noise, facilities were poor, cleanliness and taps hot water, everything was terrible
