Clean hotel in a good location. The staff of the hotel are very cordial and helpful. The Manager at reception Mr jyoti has an extremely pleasant personality with an attitude to make the visitor's stay very comfortable.

room was not at all clean, dust on most of the furniture and staff didn't give complimentary bottle and fresh towel after calling in the reception they gave....staff is lethargic and not that much active as what it is generally expected from hospitality team ....I was disappointed to be frank

This hotel is located in a prime area of Hyderabad, often called the heart of the city, but the experience is far from pleasant. The rooms are extremely small and congested, barely suitable for one person. For the high price charged, the facilities and services are unacceptable. The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful—when I requested a simple water bottle, they demanded extra payment. There are no windows, and the overall condition of the rooms is terrible.To make matters worse, the staff refused to add my company’s GST number to the bill, claiming it couldn’t be done because I booked online. This lack of basic support shows poor management and a complete disregard for customer needs. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially for corporate stays. It’s not worth the money or the hassle. Avoid it if you want a decent experience in Hyderabad.

Room is bit smaller but very hygienic and good breakfast

They do not care about the customers that come to place, the rooms are old and dirty. there was not hot water and they even charge for water bottle. why are they running a hotel if they cannot even offer a free water bottle. The afternoon receptionist that's is around has ego the size of mount everst or bigger. The guy does not even know how to talk to the customers .

It’s a good property with all the required amenities. I just wish the rooms were bigger. I booked a deluxe room but it turned out to similar in size of a standard room. The hotel is located in a great area as everything is nearby.

House keeping service and room cleanliness was a major issue. Bed bugs issue need to be resolved and stinking bathrooms need to maintained and HOT WATER facility is a MUST - pls make proper arrangement for further guests

Restaurant had indifferent food, staff are untrained, bathroom was not very clean, floors were chipped, linen was worn out and old.

My stay at Treebo Trend Acsys was fantastic The hotel's proximity to educational and software hubs in Gachibowli made it an ideal choice for my trip.

Stay was very good. Reception staff Jaydeep was very helpful and kind. Good Cleanliness and Tasty Breakfast.
