Location and Food at restaurant is excellent and my friends and families liked it .No Compliant on Staff - Staff is very good and excellent.Manager is very very co-operative and make customer happy ,I Think Some of the staff (Boys at desk) at 3rd floor need to have soft skills.
But when it comes to the room Lot of Cockroaches, Staff was trying to eliminate by pouring chemicals in Restroom ,But some them came to Main room ,1 Day i suffered with that Chemical Smell.Bathroom Light suddenly Off due to sensors /Camera ..I Have concern on that too ..

Worst hotel, very unclean, rusty, bad smell in the room, no hot water, (it takes a lot of time to get hot water), Phone doesn't work. First receptionist said we will not rent the hotel if you are from the same city. I belong to Hyderabad but working in Dubai and me & wife want to spend time in the hotel but she made an issue and took our passports and long time to book the room. I was tired from the long flight delays and didn't have time to go and search for an other hotel. I strongly not to use this hotel, it needs a big renovation and attitude to serve the customer.

I am really disappointed with ur services.
I was locked my room unfortunately my son was inside and I was searching someone to help but no one was there in front reception since one hour not only reception the whole hotel no one was available. Then finally one room boy came and m telling that fellow he's very cool and calling someone . Then I got key from one person and door opened this is really bad experience with ur service and with ur staffs . And cockroaches are also available in ur room.
