FabHotel Deccan Heritage - Abids

Seems like one of the oldest hotels in Hyderabad, but maintained very well. I have been to this place a few times before as well. Ambience is quite good and the food tastes awesome... Whether it is south indian or north indian, the food here tastes a lot good. The quantity is also satisfactory and good to taste. Coffee is their best of all.It is one of the best hotels in Abids- FabExpress Deccan Heritage

The hotel is located in a quiet lane - good sleep guaranteed.If there was a possibility, we would award more than 10 points to all the polite, friendly and helpful receptionists.In total we have travelled India for one year and we consider FabExpress Deccan Heritage best organized among all accommodations we had so far.We had a minor claim regarding towels. It was dealt with and solved immediately.The room was spacious and clean.Wifi worked perfectly. One liter of bottled water was provided every day free of charge.We can definitely recommend FabExpress Deccan Heritage, 10/10 Thanks to all of you for making our stay an exceptional one. You definitely stand out of the crowd! Please keep up with it!

Location of the hotel is near the rly station

Some room bathroom so small and difficult to take bath, broken window. Somehow I was allowed to change the comfortable room after requesting the manager.

No A/c , now lift, we were forced to take stairs from the basement area which was dirty, dark no lights, all beer bottles and litter thrown at the footsteps. we had to open our mobile flashlights to reach 2nd floor for the building passing thru dirty kitchen like any horror movie. only after this FABexpress team after several calls wakeup to shift our hotel to another so called FAbexpress which same type of dirty and old linen, beds with 100 years old mattresses, unclean bathrooms, cockroaches telling us that this is executive room. booking.com must take serious action and return our money or properly compensate. the pictures posted on booking.com tell a different story.

Room was clean and neat

Parking area is very dirty and unhygienic.Also it is not safe to park the car as many outsiders are using the parking area to come and booze and smoke

I faced lots of issues from the hotel staff, their behavior was very rude , they didn't provide the room what I booked through bookings.com, they said that for this low budget we can provide only this room and there is no toilers , no towel, no phone , no tv nothing is there ,I aske them to provide some good linings and pillow cover for the room ,they didn't even listened to me , I felt very unsafe while staying there .

We have found rat in our room , need to change our room at night by 2.30 am , pathetic hotel.At night they have shifted us to small room due to non availablity of premium room, Don't to go to this hotel ever.

The location is quite convenient. Friendly staff. Basic facilities are present in the room.

1) The interior is old, the room needs renovation. The hotel photos on booking are somewhat exaggerated and do not quite correspond to reality. 2) The room is not very clean, there is mold in the bathroom. For about 10 days of our stay in the room, they never cleaned it, never changed the bed linen and only changed the towels once (when I asked at the reception). Towards the end of our stay, the cleaning lady reluctantly offered to clean, but for some reason did not do it. The funniest thing is that before our checkout, the cleaning ladies persistently demanded tips (for what?..), it was very funny. 3) The most unpleasant thing: the wi-fi was very unstable. Some days it worked well, and some days it was not there at all. 4) A general note about many hotels (including FabHotels) in India: booking through booking.com does not always work and the check-in process can be quite murky. If you manage to book a hotel through booking.com, it does not guarantee that you will check in or that the price will be the same as what is listed on the website.Overall I would say the hotel is a bit overpriced and not very good value for money.

Staffs are friendly.

Pictures shown online is not matching with reality. Bathroom is not up to mark. I book big room and they shown small room.. after discussion they provided big room. There was blood stain on bed sheet and there is rat above the ceiling, we heard rat running sound at night.

The receptionist was very rude and he refused to give receipts whenever we asked. He had no manners and was behaving very aggressively. He wasn't even their most of the time. It was an extremely poor experience mainly because of him, I would not suggest anyone to travel their

Old stale smelled, broken place

Old stalemated, smelly property. Broken fixtures. Leakey washroom. Bed springs were not comfortable Rude staff. Overcharged bill.

There is nothing to be liked about property except location which is in middle of Abids

Rooms were not clean. Reception staff were too rude. We reached there just 2 hours before check in time and asked for at least 1 room just to get freshened up as we had kids with us. Even they had 2 rooms vacant, reception staff adamantly refused to provide us rooms and asking for extra money for just 2 hours. Upon requesting for half an hour he agreed to give the rooms.

Hotel conditions were poor. Bathrooms were dirty and had no hot water and no shower. We also had an encounter with insects and rats.

No Wi-Fi in the room, Hot water is not available all the time and there were no water bottles provided. Towels are on a no-change diet. The bed and blanket have dirt. And the extra special guests? Rats

Good location. Lots of shopping and fooding option. Room is big enough but need a renovation immediately. Staffs are helpful and nice.

Overall below my expectation. Average quality, need some renovation asap. Don't except card payment also.

Expensive and very poor

No Wi-Fi, no hot water, staff don't speak english, no light in réception, everything is old and cold. The condition don't match with the minimum for everything

Expect the hotel location , I didnt find anything else which was good.

1. The room pictures displayed during the booking and on the website are completely opposite. PLEASE BE TRUTHFUL TO THE GUEST AND SHOW REAL ROOM PICTURES. The actual room was not tidy, the bed was uncomfortable and the linens were dirty. 2. TV was broken and of no use. No replacement was provided. No kettle, tea or coffee inside the room. 3. Another shocking point, they don't have a breakfast/dining area which they have mentioned on booking. We need to give our breakfast order in the morning and then they buy from an outside vendors.4. Lift was old and not well maintained. Feels scary to enter.Overall looking into the prices and services/room provided, it's absolutely NOT WORTHY.
