Convenient location near the business district. Fast Wi-Fi, good workspace in the room, and a quiet environment made my work trip comfortable.
Traveled with kids, and the family suite was perfect. The hotel offered a kids' play area and a variety of food options suitable for all ages.
Stayed here for two nights and was impressed by the friendly staff and spotless rooms. The housekeeping team was very attentive, and check-in was smooth.
Location only
AC 7 Geyser are not working. Our room was also changed to lower category. There are many insects in the room. Due to non working of AC suffocation is there. They frequently ask to change the room we have changed 2 times and evey time problem persists. On my request to curtain 1 day stay they denied latter on agree for 1 day but immediately take u turn after they know that I have booked my flight tickets on 17/4/2025 at 10 am. They have charged 4 days while I stay less than 3 days. Due to above reasons I have taken breakfast only for 1 day although I have paid for 4 days
Booking.com is bad. They cheated.Suite room booked and not communicated to the property. Breakfast was complimentary but not informed to property.
