The hotel was at prime location. Easily accessible.

The F&B staff were rude and not responsive. Brought the wrong order and were not taking responsibility to bring the correct order. Instead argued at large saying that we placed the wrong food order. There were cockroaches in the room and there was a foul smell in the room and corridor. However, the lobby area was clean

Breakfast was good, service was prompt

The wifi is very very slow, needs to be upgraded or improved, if I were to visit again this needs to be improved

Nothing to like about the property, it’s just a mediocre hotel with worst staff!

The front desk staff is very very rude and don’t know how to talk to customers, especially a lady(Hasina) and other guy. They are not trained and do not have basic skills how to respond and communicate regarding stay. I contacted the property before the booking and after the booking but when you show up for check-in there are hidden costs which are not shown on this app and they charge you extra and don’t care to explain and if you insist they gang up and shout.They charged me Rs.4500/night even though the app says Rs.3400 and this app doesn’t let you cancel the booking and you are stuck with them. You can’t complain to the hotel’s management coz they gang up and yell that all of them are managers. I regret not booking at other neighborhood hotels which cost 50% fewer than this disgusting hotel!I lost my credibility and honor in front of my relatives due to their behavior.

Never to stay in any Dhanturi property again.

All the hotels of the Dhanturi group are primarily party halls. I have stayed at few of their hotels in & around LB Nagar (Hyderabad) between Jan and April 2024, as we had a project in Hyderabad. Front office staff are most unprofessional. Restaurant has limited choice.

Untidy rooms and lift and common areas , pathetic welcome and unprofessional staff although not rude they don't know basics -un attentive staff , stains towels and linings , rusty taps not for a business traveller for sure

Very efficient and courteous staff . Rooms spacious and provided with comfortable beds that ensure a good sleep. Above all , breakfast items are varied and delicious . Special Mentions : Ms Sapna/ ED , Ms Haseena/ Sirisah Front Desk , Balyeshwar Naik/ Naveen Family Restaurant Managers . Nikhil - support staff . All in all , a good experience. Stay highly recommended . 45 minutes drive from RGI Airport .

Guests must be careful to avoid staying in rooms that are located right opposite the National Highway because of which sleep is disturbed due to blowing of high decibel horns by passing vehicles all the time . For the first time ever in my several trips around the globe during last 50 years, I had to change our room 3 times because of this !

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

I like the food. I have come again to stay in the place after 4 years. Efforts that have been put on by staff are good. Hospitality is good.

I was allocated a room with AC not working, in spite of saying it is not working, they are reluctant to accept it. The second room shown also has an issue with AC.. After touch discussions they have given rooms which is good. When a room is bad why allocate. A suggestion. I could see religious songs played over breakfast. We live in a multicultural society. We travelled in a group of 3 belonging to 3 different religious faiths. It is a business hotel that should take care that this is corrected. Management should have a defined process to improve quality. I hope the management will make corrections and hope things will improve when I visit next.

Checking staff should be more active Evening staff they alomost taken 30+ minutes for checking And very casual they are ( they need more training) Morning team was much active I don't have much option near by so stay back Hoping to see good service next checkin

To much of noise of road traffic, toilets were not to standards, bed sheets were not very clean. The room did not do justice to the high price

The room with water leaking from AC, if you use washroom sink water directly touch your feet through leakage and Smoky washroom which gives bad odour always

I have to go to room alone at the time of check in. One of hotel staff asked for tip when he came to keep water and towels. Paid Tea was refused in the eve. Soap kept was very small size. No shaving kit provided.
