Location, staff courtesy
Room facilities. They knew we were travelling as a couple but the room did not have two sets of towels nor tolieteries
Friendly and helpful staff
You should have some sockets to plug in US chargers plug. Also I was trying to adjust the temperature but it wasn't very effective. Everything else was good
Location and friendly staff
Shower drain was clogged and bit of dust and dirt around
Staff, cleanliness, near to the shops
No smart tv, bathroom door is not functional
They had rooms which were not clean , clumsy beds , bathroom was not stocked ,there was no attention to the detail. This particular property of ibis doesn’t live up the name.Disappointing
Just the location
Everything.. the rooms were attached and the noises of other rooms could be heard.. no privacy. Morning the housekeeping people already started making noise in the corridor. The bathroom was also very small.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.
The location was excellent.
Even though my expected time was mentioned in my booking, my room was still not ready when I reached the hotel as I have to wait to get checkin . Along with it was booking for a family with my wife and daughter. There was only one dental kit and 1 towel kept in the room. Which was not sufficient for us.
Manager gopal and ram was vwey helpfulNight shift staff was very slow to manage and other soucers
Good value for money Clean room Good foodNice bar
Very small rooms and bathrooms..the bad mattress very soft and bad for back..
Awful experience..hotel changed my booking to charge more
I booked for 1 night stay and have the booking confirmation check in 27th leave 28th. The hotel modified my booking saying I needed to pay more as it was for a 'day stay'. This was never clear when I made my booking or plan. Have requested a refund but it has been ignored.
Bad
They gave me a room where the ac was not working, and middle of the night myself and my husband was suffocating, then the ac technical person said the ac in the room was not working,The front desk people knew that room ac was not working despite if that how did they give the room to us. Very bad and not acceptable at all , paying such expensive rooms why should we compromise the basic needs .
Noting
Small room no proper ventilation I’m not the air conditioner was working I couldn’t feel any cool in the room there is no fan in the room try to provide fan in the room and the washroom wasn’t spacious
