Staff was very supportive

no free breakfast, no wifi and slippers were not provided for room wear.

Nothing memorable. Definitely not choosing to stay there again or any other IBIS hotel.

The bathroom was very dirty. No hand towels available. No support in terms of helping guests with luggage. Not suitable for a senior citizen like me.

We were family 3 and could not even sleep ,properly , beds are small and rooms are smallest, congested it’s not place for family at all , we have requested staff to change the room and they didn’t even respond

Room facilities. They knew we were travelling as a couple but the room did not have two sets of towels nor tolieteries

You should have some sockets to plug in US chargers plug. Also I was trying to adjust the temperature but it wasn't very effective. Everything else was good

They had rooms which were not clean , clumsy beds , bathroom was not stocked ,there was no attention to the detail.This particular property of ibis doesn’t live up the name.Disappointing

Just the location

Everything.. the rooms were attached and the noises of other rooms could be heard.. no privacy. Morning the housekeeping people already started making noise in the corridor. The bathroom was also very small.

Nice clean room. Hotel was located in awell connected area. Good quality of food.

The location was excellent.

Even though my expected time was mentioned in my booking, my room was still not ready when I reached the hotel as I have to wait to get checkin . Along with it was booking for a family with my wife and daughter. There was only one dental kit and 1 towel kept in the room. Which was not sufficient for us.

Awful experience..hotel changed my booking to charge more

I booked for 1 night stay and have the booking confirmation check in 27th leave 28th. The hotel modified my booking saying I needed to pay more as it was for a 'day stay'. This was never clear when I made my booking or plan. Have requested a refund but it has been ignored.

They gave me a room where the ac was not working, and middle of the night myself and my husband was suffocating, then the ac technical person said the ac in the room was not working,The front desk people knew that room ac was not working despite if that how did they give the room to us. Very bad and not acceptable at all , paying such expensive rooms why should we compromise the basic needs .

Noting

Small room no proper ventilation I’m not the air conditioner was working I couldn’t feel any cool in the room there is no fan in the room try to provide fan in the room and the washroom wasn’t spacious

Everything was Excellent

Food was good. Rooms are clean all the staff’s are help full especially Nandini, Sai ram, Chandu & Bhanu

Good food, bed and all services.
