Noise from rooms around us.

The staff was helpful and tried to sort out any issues we had. They do need better training in Hindi though. The bathroom had hot water whenever needed. Room was fine. They provided refillable filtered drinking water without charges. Wifi worked well. Location is also fine as such. Overall stay was fine.

The mattress was with springs and it used to sink in - not firm and hence not so good for back support. Linen were not replaced as often, especially, the ones we received were torn mostly. They provided water kettle upon request but do not offer tea/coffee sachets for the guests. They do not have a proper cloak room even though when contacted the property, we were told that they do have.

Very help full and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accommodations. Highly recommendable hotel. ... Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design.

The location is very good. Very well mannered and helpful staff members. Rooms were very clean snd well maintained. The check in and check out process was very smooth. Only betterment required in food and water facilities. They don’t have in house kitchen and dining facility, still book rooms with breakfast. Due to which they have get food from outside and provide us, the only problem is they give you the food directly in plastic bags with disposable plate. No bowl, spoon nothing. How can someone eat idli or puri in plate ? Where to put sambhar/sabji ? Even if you get food from outside, you should keep cutlery. Else everything was perfect !!

I liked the size of the rooms and cleanliness

The check in process is horrible for foreigners, why do you need my visa number when i have given you my international passport, in addition staff have no clue untill they talk to a manager. In addition, how in the world did pay for breakfast included and you can only order one plate for each room? I book the stay for four people. What the two watch us eat? Make absolutely no sense. Either dont do breakfast included or provide sufficient food.

I STAYED HERE FOR 2 DAYS FOR MY WORK AND I MUST SAY YOU CAN DEFINATELY STAY HERE, THIS PLACE IS VERY SAFE N SECURE IN ALL TERMS,AND THESE PEOPLE ARE MAINTAINING THE HOTEL VERY WELL.

hotel is little bit inside and away from main road, but that makes the place peaceful without any traffic sounds .doesnt have a restaurant ,but the housekeeping staff got us tea and snacks at our door step.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The room was modern, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable, The front desk team was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
