- This is the worst hostel I have ever stayed in my entire life.The owner is the worst I’ve come across. I’ve travelled across India, but I’ve never seen such a morally bankrupt and senseless owner. He charged us for an extra day just because we were 15 minutes late during checkout.Such a money-minded person clearly lacks basic decency.I hope he understands this simple English.Unlike him, I won’t use abusive language — because I was raised with manners, something his parents clearly failed to teach him.

No one was there at reception when reached around 6.am. It was locked from inside, when called from outside, one waiter came and he told hotel will open only after 9.am. It was very bad and pathetic.
They did not respond properly, they made me wait for one hour and said no rooms were vacant..
Location was good. Within 5 mins of walking from railway station. Near by metro station and bus station.
TV was working but no active plan of DTH, DTH plan expired. When I asked staff to activate/renew they gave excuses.

Super unhygienic, doesn’t go with the Townhouse stays at all. Had to sleep in filthy mattresses with cockroaches all around. Worst experience

Cleanliness at 1st floor room which was provided to me. Too much cockroach. Later shifted to 5th floor

The room had all the necessary amenities, and it was both clean and spacious.
The hotel was dirty, the staff indifferent and the bathrooms dirty. Would not recommend it to anyone. Very bad experience.
